One of the best boutique hotels in Vagator”
Came here with my family with very high expectations since the photos that were uploaded were really eye candy... But when I reached here early in the morning, my 1st impression was really not good... It was disappointing.... May be because of onset of mansoon they had started wrapping the property with coverings... ... But then when we actually checked in and started our stay..... The property just kept growing on us.... By day 2/3 I felt it's one of the best I have ever stayed in Goa..... All the goodness of a small boutique hotel plus the location makes it just amazing. All the best dining options in Goa are just near by... Titlie, Raeeth, Senses, Artjuna, Baba, Rudys, Au Rum.... Enjoyed every bit... Only disappointment was food... Just not upto the mark... Rather it was pathetic. Breakfast is crap ...just the the location of restaurant makes sitting there and having bytes 1st thing in morning makes having the breakfast worth it.....

Pros Staff are very helpful. Awesome location. Limited but good food. Walking distance from major pubs and eateries in vagator. Cons Some rooms have aged and need renovation. Probably its the style of the property.

I stayed at CASA VAGATOR for 2 nights & 3 days. It was a pathetic stay for 2 nights.”
The first night, the bathroom was in pathetic condition & the 2nd Night, the AC compressor & capacitor broken down. Without AC, I was in the room with the kids for 6-7 hours. Wastage of money for 2 days.

Total waste of money”
This hotel isn't worth a fraction of the money they charge for a room. Their breakfast menu is very limited (2 veg and and eggs), I had to run behind them to clean the pool that was horribly maintained, and their "wifi" speed is slower that 3g internet! We had an important meeting we thought we could take from the hotel, but then had to cancel because of the horrendous internet speed. There wasn't even any network over there for us to use a 4g hotspot (which would have been way faster than whatever "internet" they had there)

Don’t go for it ,it’s terrible ”
Also don’t book anything from agoda , there treatment of customers is even worse

Not at all recommended”
The location is good. It has 2 min walk entry to the beach. Rooms are huge but are stinky, scary & unhygienic. The mirrors are mounted on walls for 6+ feet people. The bathroom fittings are weird. Water will leak from all the taps at the same time so you won't get water from the required one. There is no welcome drink. There are hardly any options in breakfast. Food is not at all tasty. Their Restaurant will close by 10pm sharp . Overall whatever they are charging for, not worth.

Great Location, Great Staff, Bad Rooms”
When we landed at Casa Vagator, I was informed by the staff that Agoda made a mistake and they under charged me. They wanted me to pay an additional Rs 11,000 for the suite. After a lot of shouting and discussions with the sales people at the Hotel, I told them that they need to take it up with Agoda and not me for under recovery. My comparisons between websites before i made the purchase on agoda showed that most websites were priced around the same Next the room classifiactions are messed up and the suite is actually smaller than the other rooms. The only upside was an ocean view There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and there was another crowling around The Air conditioners keep tripping and it may be due to the low voltage Everytime they switch on the generator you can smell the diesel fumes in the hotel

Great location with the beach a two minute walk away. Warm staff and clean rooms. A lot of good food places around Casa Vagator. The restaurant is at the top with the best sunset views.

Very happy”
Great place to just sit back, watch the waves, and chill. Visited during monsoon (so it was raining 70% of the time), and I would totally do it again: the rooms are spacious and provide AMAZING views of the Arabian Sea, there's plenty of good restaurants around, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is rather quiet and offers a plethora of good spots to chill with a book while looking at the dreamy sways of the palm trees around. Do it.

Beautiful view but leaves much to be desired...”
Unfortunately beyond the view there is not much that would get me back to this hotel. It's a shame because the property has great potential but the maintenance is terrible and service is average at best with me being very optimistic because of 1 or 2 employees who always greeted you with a smile. The rooms are poorly designed and really a mashed up set of styles. The bathroom in the original room ( a deluxe suite) at the center of the hotel was terrible with paint pealing off doors and rust stains with a very unappetizing looking shower. There was also no soundproofing at all and we could hear everything going on outside. The curtains are see through so we were skulking in the dark for 2 hours so no one could see us. This really made me feel like we made a mistake but I managed to change rooms to one of the newer units by the garden. This was much better and really pretty ok in terms of space, design and it had a nice verandah. But.... There was nothing I the room and we had to ask for everything. Bathmat, soap holder, soap dispenser, glasses, towels....TV? It was strange. Every time we needed something it did come but do you have to ask? The pool is SO SO and dirty. Only when I started to swim did someone come along and try to clean...no ambience. Food is nothing great. Free breakfast has restrictions and was a disappointment, Thalassa nearby...good There is also a club 9 or bar 9... Not sure name right next door which seems to have a historical significance of being one of the first trance clubs in goa. Not good for the hotel as music starts thumping around 7pm and ends up at 10pm. The beach is also not great here and we ended up going to Ashwem. It's rocky and no beach beds excepts for behind one of the shacks in the grass. Kind of weird because there were cows eating the grass and you would be lying in between them. Won't go back here or recommend to anyone unless your 19-23 and just want to party and can't careless about rooms or service or food???

Beautiful hotel near the beach !”
This a beautiful hotel with a smalls trip of beach which is almost private as you can walk down from the hotel directly. Also, we got upgraded to a suite room which has a spectacular view of the ocean !
