Recently, I had the privilege of staying at Capella Singapore, and I have to admit that it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel staff welcomed me warmly and was very accommodating from the moment I arrived. The hotel is a true work of art; it has spectacular architecture that harmoniously combines classic and modern aspects. The property's abundant vegetation only enhances the resort's tranquil and opulent ambiance. From the lovely flower arrangements at the lobbies to the fine details in the furnishings and decor, I could see efforts everywhere that improved the overall experience. But perhaps the most captivating aspect of my stay was the view from my sea-facing room. I spent a lot of time simply staring out at the captivating blue waves because the huge windows provided an unbroken view of the ocean. The room itself was large, spotless, and well-equipped with all the conveniences I may require. The bed was wonderfully cozy, and I slept soundly every night of my trip. In addition to the beautiful room, I also had the opportunity to enjoy some truly excellent dining and spa experiences. I had dinner at Fiamma, the Italian restaurant, and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I also treated myself to a facial at the Auriga Spa, and it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. The therapist was skilled and attentive, and the treatment left my skin glowing and refreshed. Overall, Capella Singapore was a wonderful place to stay, and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury hotel stay in Singapore. It is a genuinely unique location due to the excellent service, stunning architecture, and lush greenery. And the sea-facing rooms with their captivating views are the cherry on top of an already perfect stay.

Ultimate Couple Retreat”
We had stayed in many hotels in Sentosa and this time around it was the best. Cost wise is one of the highest but definitely worth every penny. Email replies was responsive and fast. Service was genuinely good, we are a sucker for good services, expect that if you are nice and polite to them too. Premium seaview room was where we stayed and it was breath taking, despite the container ships, the trees of Capella stands out. Amenities were generous and of good quality. Gym was adequately equipped and clean. Fruits and cold towel were given. Spa facilities can be used if you make an appointment. Marvelous experience. Dinner at Fiamma was good. service staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Avoid mineral water unless you want to be charged $16 for a 750ml bottle. Will definitely return.

Best Staycation in Singapore”
I've stayed twice at Capella Singapore and both times have been delightful. This time though I chose a Premier Sea View Deluxe room which was fabulous - I took my cat as they are extremely pet-friendly, and all amenities were provided for my cat - litter tray, treats, bed, bowl and toys. The room was wonderful - spectacular view of course but very comfortable with all the five star amenities and service which Capella always provides. The breakfast at Fiamma is amazing - great selection of local and Western favourites...juices and coffee and pastries were also delicious. Have a swim in the pool - there is adult only pool as well as family and lap pools. The spa is superb - managed to have a wellness massage...definitely recommended! Check out The Living Room as well for the afternoon tea - delicious. The service, food options, room and facilities are first class. I'll definitely be back again, with my cat of course!

Honeymoon at Capella”
My wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon at Capella Singapore and we were very satisfied with our stay! -FOOD- Breakfast at Fiamma was excellent, both the food and the service was amazing. Staff were very attentive to our needs and would cater to our requests as much as they could. We particularly liked the truffled scrambled eggs, the range of cheeses and cold cuts. The interior of the restaurant was 10/10 too, with a cozy vibe. -ROOM- We had initially booked the Premier Sea View room, but we were pleasantly surprised when staff informed us that they had upgraded us to the Sentosa Suite. The suite was big and spacious, featuring a living room, main bedroom, balcony, bathtub and shower, and a long vanity area. We had a beautiful unobstructed view of the trees and sea, which we thoroughly appreciated. When we arrived, there were some treats and gifts to congratulate us on our marriage. We felt that this was such a sweet gesture and we were really touched by it! We felt very cozy in the room and had good sleeps in their comfy bed. In-room dining food was also good and service was always just a call away. We initially booked a few Capella culturalist activities but ended up cancelling them to enjoy the room and pool more. -POOL- There are three pools in Capella; the first one located just beside Fiamma, and the others located on the lower levels. We only managed to try two of them and we particularly liked the private lap pool, located at the lowest levels of all the pools. It had a lot of privacy and felt like we had it all to ourselves! Special mention to Sara, the pool side staff, who was attentive, warm and friendly. He was generous to offer me flowers from the garden to gift my wife, which she loved. We enjoyed talking with him and are very satisfied with his initiative and service. -SPA- We spent about half a day at Auriga spa and felt rejuvenated after the whole treatment. Fantastic staff and hotel”
First time staying in Capella, it was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Due to our needs and bringing our dog along, We had to keep calling to request for certain stuffs like arrange for in room breakfast and tea time etc as under the pet policy, pet cannot be alone in the room. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even brought us towels because we were drenched and cold from the rain due to walking over from the beach. Towel for our dog too! The room was clean, and huge. The staycay was so relaxing. Really grateful for the Capella team :)

Always so wonderful ”
We booked a staycation at Capella Hotel to celebrate my daughter, Nicole's 16th birthday. Capella Culturist Adie K called the day before to check if we had any special request. when we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly hotel staff, welcome drinks and towels, not to mention the efficient check in. We were ushered to our room and Nicole was so wowed by the pink balloons, personal greeting cards from Adie and Bevan, sparkling tea, snacks and of course the awesome view. we were also greeted by a pretty birthday cake when we opened the mini bar. it was a lovely lovely surprise. the stay was awesome, staff at the poolside were attentive and proactive. Of course my favorite Ms Lai Yong, whom we have met more than 10 years ago during our first staycation at thr hotel chatted with us admist her very busy schedule. Great job and well done! So looking forward to going back there..

Family with young children”
Stayed in 1 bedroom villa. Kids had fun in the private pool. Awesome stay and great customer service. Great amenities too. Love the complimentary birthday cake and lily reed diffuser from Capella as a birthday gift. My baby got a set of complimentary GAIA toiletries. Baby cot was provided and sofa bed was made for my other young kid. Highly recommended ! However there was a lizard and ants in the villa where the coffee and tea corner were. Can't blame as it's a villa full of nature. Also, staff wasn't aware that palawan beach zone 1 & 2 were closed for an event. The buggy sent us to the end of the resort where we had to go down the steep steps then we had a long walk all the way to zone 3. By the time we reach, our two young kids were cranky and it was hard for my 8 months+ pregnant wife. They could have just advised us to drive to the carpark which was so near to zone 3. However, Capella did rectify the issue by sending their range rover to pick us up from the beach carpark. Thank you for rectifying the issue. Overall, we had a memorable time in Capella Singapore.

Best hotel in Sentosa and Singapore”
I have the best stay in Capella with one of my friend. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, lots of greeneries, the restaurant, especially cassia is really a nice place to have a great meal with friends. The food is delicious and can be paired nicely with wine. The location is secluded enough for a nice retreat from the city. The living room is soothing and the Knolls is excellent for breakfast with the swimming pool view. For me, this is what i called a real hotel. The room is spacious, bathroom with outdoor view, balcony and toilet with diffuser. The staffs make sure that we got all we need and will be there in a speed if we need anything …from towel to water, etc. the aesop amenities really a great addition, also the special perfume sample given…very nice to put in the pillow for a good nite sleep. Highly recommended and i think this is the best hotel in Singapore so far…not only because of the location or room or infrastructure but most importantly because of the service provided and their staffs. Will visit again in the future and many thanks for the hospitality extended by your staffs during our stay.

It was a lovely staycation to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It is no wonder why Capella is so well regarded in the hospitality industry. I actually had not stated anywhere in my booking that the stay was to celebrate my wife’s birthday. However, the hotel staff picked it up during check-in registration and we were upgraded to a better room. During dinner at Fiamma, we were also surprised with a complimentary dessert. The room itself was fantastic, with a great view of the sea. Absolutely no complaint from us.

The best place for a mini retreat ”

Perfect place for both humans and pets ”
Brought my cat for his first ever staycation and it was splendid. The place is clean; staff service was excellent as they were helpful in attending to our requests. They arranged for a bed for my cat. Water and food bowls were also placed to make the room more comfortable for my cat . The view from Capella was picture perfect. Definitely felt like I was away from home. Will be coming back to Capella for another great stay.

Stayed in Capella for 2 nights, but had the most fantastic stay ever. The facilities and villa were in excellent condition, and most importantly, the service staff was exceptional. They were friendly, prompt in service delivery and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Most amazing hotel room, view, pools, and staff”
The Premiere Sea View room is impressive with its spaciousness and high ceiling, its best-sounding Bose Bluetooth speakers, its Chromecast ready TV to watch Netflix, etc., its huge balcony with a wide and long concrete bench, its beautiful bathtub with a wide view of the ocean (perfect for evenings drinking wine), and spacious shower. The view provides you a lot of trees and greenery, plus a view of the ocean. There are three wonderful pools, one level down from each other, allowing you to choose which suits you best. It's my new favorite hotel in Singapore.
