A group of 10 , friends for Australia, stayed here for 4 nights in March 2024. We each had a Garden Bungalow room twin share. The rooms were large and very comfortable. We loved the pools and the beach. Transport between our room and the main dining area wasn't an issue (if we didn't want to walk there), as we simply phoned for a buggy and it arrived to take us there, within a few minutes. We were on the 'All-Inclusive' package which included all meals and [as it turned out], some drinks. Spirits were included but not the mixers like tonic water, coke, lemonade, etc. Each can cost 51,000 dong whereas to buy them yourself at a shop, they cost about 9,000 dong. So a huge mark up relatively speaking. Be forewarned and buy your mixers before you arrive. But overall I thought the package still represented good value. The resort is well maintained and the staff (as is usual in most places I have been on my now many trips to Vietnam), were very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at the next door, more upmarket 'The Annam' Resort, previously and rooms and amenity wise, the Riveria compares favourably and at a lot less cost. Food wise, The more expensive The Annam is better, as one would expect, but still the food at the Riviera is more than adequate for the price you pay. Buffet style and lots of it, so no real complaints. The waterpark at the top of the resort is also fun and even some of us mature ladies ventured onto the waterslides. Overall, a good place to spend a few days (or more) at a realistic price. (Just buy your drink mixers before you get there).
I highly recommend it!! I used the Deluxe All-Inclusive and Pool Villa All-Inclusive, mixing them. The room was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the service was good. You can eat and drink as much as you want from morning to night. They serve bottled beer. Korean food is served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including stir-fried squid, dak-galbi, tofu with kimchi, and kimchi stew, all of which were really great. The pho had a bit more flavor than what I had in the city. The performances and recreation from 9 to 11 PM were fun, and the water park had unlimited slides with no waiting, and they were great. Snacks were served well, and the pool villa included room service, which was nice. My flight was delayed from midnight to 1 AM, and the airport bus is free if booked 3 days in advance, so I stayed one more day and used it for free at 11 PM. I didn't eat breakfast the next morning, so I requested a lunch box and received it. There weren't many Koreans, mostly Russian guests. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was delicious, with fun slides. My children enjoyed themselves. The foot massage was not good. ㅠ

I am a family traveler with three children. This accommodation is very satisfying in every way. They responded actively to various inquiries before departure and explained how to fully enjoy the all-inclusive benefits. We arrived at the airport at 11:30 PM, but due to delays, we left the airport at 1 AM. The pick-up driver, the reception, and even the late check-in meal were all warmly prepared for us. They provided extra blankets and plenty of towels to ensure our family's comfort in the five-person pool villa, of course, according to what we mentioned in advance. We made great use of the floating breakfast (for stays of two nights or more) and the free room service. After extending the check-out for free until 2 PM, we stored our luggage and enjoyed more swimming. The water park slides had a height restriction of 135 cm, so only the bigger kids could use them. The standards are stricter compared to Guam and Saipan. Morning beach jogging while listening to the sound of the waves was also quite enjoyable.
You can eat, play in the water, and drink as you wish. Overall, it's a bit old, but the facilities are fairly decent. However, the water slide is a bit worn, and it might tear your swimsuit. There are many affordable options for restaurants, shopping, and massages in Nha Trang city, but you might want to think about whether it's good to spend time isolated.

“There are so many Russians that it's award-worthy, but that's why I like it even more.”
I booked a 4-night, 5-day itinerary with the intention of only enjoying the resort. I spent the whole 5 days alternating between the pool, the sea, and the water park, and it was so enjoyable and fun. I also had delicious meals at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with snack times in between. The service at the amenities, including the bar, was outstanding. However, there were quite a few Russian guests, so the events and shows were conducted in Russian. Still, the Russian guests were polite, and occasionally, some of them would come up and chat with me, saying they liked Koreans, which warmed my heart (regarding any discomfort related to the Russian guests, I must ask you not to mention it). It's a resort I'd love to visit again for various reasons. If you're tired of noisy crowds and are planning a quiet and leisurely vacation, I highly recommend it!
