The rooms are luxurious, quiet, well stocked, well kept, and the location is just great. For how many people they house, the elevators were never late or slow, the hallways never crowded, the rooms never rowdy, the rooms always clean. Amazing service.

My trip this week”
My trip to Las Vegas was very good. They took precautions in the ceasear palace for the virus everyone was 6 ft apart,there were masks for everyone, ceaser palace made my trip so much easier knowing that they did their best and everyone was keeping the part was much easier to not be stress. The ceaser palace has towers that you do not smell smoke from the casino which I liked because I have children and I was worried about that but I don't have to be because they got that covered. The ceaser palace have my 5 star rating.

We checked in at about 5:00 pm and was fortunate to be assisted by Cristina on our check in process. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the extra treat she gave me on my birthday -- a free room upgrade with the best view of the Bellagio Fountains. Great customer service! Great room! One of the best hotels to stay at in Vegas! Rooms are nice. Restaurants are in the hotel and there are more restaurants that are a short walking distance from the hotel. Forum Shops, gift shops and boutiques are located in the hotel for travelers who want to shop! Great location to be at on the strip!

Always love Caesars. Brought our son and babysitter this time. Rented a cabana at the Jupiter pool. Octavius Tower is beautiful. Room was amazing. All around a great trip. Be prepared for expensive food, but that's just how Vegas is.

Pros: The room was newly renovated in the Palace tower. We were allowed to check in early. A pool credit was offered at check in. Staff was friendly. Security handed out masks. Open areas cleaned often. Cons: Pool credit not accepted at pool. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Starbucks was closed, but did open on our check out date. Reservations required for almost all restaurants. Forum shops closed early. Pool closed at 6pm.

Central location @strip”
You will get lost trying to find your room. Look for sign of where your room is located. The Asian female front desk assume we all know where each tower is located and give 1% of location instruction. Be aware of their WiFi limitation 2 devices only. Housekeeping deliver our towels within 1/2 of our call to front desk. But, whoever clean our room missed pooped stains all over the toilet seat which was gross and a turn off. Other than that view on Palace Premium was nice, looking out to The Mirage, Encore, Wynn, Palazzo. Very spaces bedroom and bathroom. My 3 kids enjoy the jacuzzi in the room, that was a plus. One last thing, Agoda charge foreign fee of almost $5 after you booked and their customer service is terrible, don’t bother to call and ask for that refund, not worth the wait and to find out they can’t help you only their Manager.
