    Great place and good location”

    The location is convenient. Transaction was hassle-free. Place was clean, with a functional hot/cold shower. Kitchen equipment was also functional, we were able to cook meals throughout our stay. Will def recommend to friends/family.

    I had a horrible experience with my stay. 1. Dont ever expect them to reply to ur querries or at least acknowledge your request with the number they provided in viber. You wont even know who you are talking to, as they dont bother introducing their names. 2. They will collect deposit but they wont issue receipt unless you request. As for me, they used a scratch paper. They wont even present their ID unless u asked them. So be careful you might hand your 5000 deposit to the wrong person. 3. I came straight from abroad so i have luggages with me. Now if your coming to this place with same situation as mine dont ever try to book here. As you wont have a place to leave your luggages once you checked out. ( i had to attend to some meetings after their 11am check out) 4. They dont care providing hassle free stay to their guest. I had to negotiate hard for their staff to come before 8am as i have a meeting at around 9am to return my 5000 php deposit. Initially they said they can only give back the deposit at 11am 5. Overall it was really horrible. I have to bring my two heavy luggages with me in a meeting at 9am since they wont allow a late check out. My meeting ends 1pm. The lobby wont even accept to keep my luggages. 6. Wont book in this place ever again.

    不是一般的Hotel,算是商務套房轉租的感覺”

    進去一樓lobby前，房東會傳簡訊到你的viber,然後要在一樓換證，拿到卡片後，進入房間，鑰在冰箱上，有問題可以透過viber問房東，但整體算乾淨舒服，我覺得性價比高，只是不是正式的旅館。
