Very nice hotel with clean rooms & facilities. Breakfast included in price. Value for money. Very nice hot full breakfast. Staff very accomodating & flexible helpful staff. Tube station nearby & other amenities too. Free onsite car park. I always stay there when im in London as i feel safe there being a lady on her own as staff are very respectful & polite & caring. I would recommend this hotel to anyone including families.

Bus stop within 100 mtrs, Bostan Manor railway station within 2km. Plenty of parking available. There is no lift for upper floor. Located in a residential area, commercial activities are limited, only few shops enough for your daily needs.

Small Reasonably Priced Hotel with Bonus Breakfast”
The train station was just 2 bus-stops away. and the Park was nearby. As we strolled along, we could find some eateries before the train station. The walk was lovely when we saw some beautiful homes nearby. The English breakfast was tasty and sumptuous and was prepared and served by different courteous chefs & waiters on different days. The room was too small for a couple but the wardrobe was good enough for us. Nothing much to complain as the room rate was just right and value for money.

it was a little unfortunate that we wanted to go to bed early and happened to be right next to the kitchen. The next morning someone upstairs got up at 5am and was not exactly quiet. But it was convinient that the taxi could pick us up basically right outside our door and the overall experience was good.

Decent place for the cost. I turned up late after a long day at work and had an early start. My room had mistakenly been given to someone else. Not intentional I know, but a bit embarrassing. Little bit FaWelty Towers. Good room though. Clean and quiet.

Noisy neighbour, continued... He has never ever, from my experience, over two days shut any door without a full blooded slam. Staff were brilliant very friendly and keen to help. Food could not be better great value and delicious. My only other niggle was there was no bedside table or shelf to put anything on (tv remote. glass of water, mobile phone, kindle, medication, morning tea) etc. Had to put it all on the floor, as even the one chair would not fit between bed and wardrobe.

First of all, I was offered a single room where the window would not close. Then, I was given another room where the standard of cleanliness was below standard. The remote control was covered in dust. The floor was very dusty. I was quite noisy night time as you could hear people walking in the corridor, closing the doors; people talking outside and I would even hear the water tap noise from other rooms (or I wonder if my room was over kitchen or laundry/utility room) Staff have friendly approach. Area looks safe.

The room was slightly bigger than an average boxroom! The online picture only shows the back of the hotel drove by it 4 times looking for it before i realised that was the hotel. The same used tissue was on the floor near the reception for a day and nobody picked it up! DIRTY!
