The Blue Lime Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia”
The Blue Lime Hotel is a great place to stay. Located near the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, wonderful location tucked away in a little alley. The breakfast was very good, my room was clean, and the pool was the perfect temperature. I will stay there again!

Excellent for price ”
A small, older, tucked away hotel up an interesting laneway. Relaxed atmosphere and huge cool pool in tropical garden - for the size of hotel. Breakfast good, short 10 min walk to riverfront via some busy streets. Only complaint - typical of most hotels here no matter the price, is the beds are very firm and pillows just ok.

Exceptional”
We stayed at the Blue Lime ten years ago and always wanted to return. We love the setting. They have a lovely pool and lounge area. Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Location is excellent. They have tuktuk drivers available outside the entry. We recommend driver #9. We traveled with him all over town. The restaurant is very good. Our only disappointment was that the rooms were a bit old and needed some revitalization. The bathroom was small. We would still recommend staying here.

The perfect oasis in Phnom Penh”
I enjoyed my stay at Blue Lime, everything was perfect: from the location to the great pool that allows to swim in fresh water, to the room, breakfast and friendly staff. It is located in a small alley, away from the city noise yet close to everything so you can explore the city. If I ever come back to Phnom Penh, I'll definitely stay there again.

Nice affordable place”
Pros : - Employees are so nice, always ready to help you, even transport you to POI. - Quiet and affordable place - Close to restaurants and shops Cons : - Breakfast is ....poor - The best rooms are those in the second floor and there is no elevator. - The stairs... Conclusion : Simple hotel, nice service, affordable but not for impaired people or large breakfast addicts.

A small piece of tranquility ”
Excellent location, surround by restaurants and close to central city attractions. Hidden in a small street it is quiet and secluded. The pool area is beautiful and rooms have character. Falls short of perfect because it needs freshening up and a deep clean in places.

Nice place to stay”
Had an upstairs room facing ally way street. Nice high ceilings and comfortable bed, good shower. Swimming pool was nice after a day in the heat. Only drawback was that on the day we were leaving, very early, they promised us some breakfast to take with us which was not there in the morning leaving us to buy seriously overpriced, crappy food at the airport .

Good value”
Basic hotel, with a nice pool area, exceptional location, breakfast has good coffee and good fresh fruit juices! Note that there are steep stairs to get to the 3rd and last floor, but these are the quietest rooms.

Beautiful pool area and friendly staff”
We probably had the worst room in the hotel. We were the last room on the top floor right under the roof. We had to go up 3 flights of stairs, the last flight being very steep. We could hear pigeons all night which was annoying. We had a window on the side wall that faced a concrete wall by a few inches that we couldn't open and the front window was in the alleyway facing people's houses at close range. This was disappointing since I had booked a room 3 months before arriving. This said, if your room is facing the pool area, which was beautiful, you would be lucky. Some rooms even have private plunge pools. Do be forewarned that the water in the pool is very cold as it doesn't get sun. Perhaps a solar heating system could be a solution. The breakfast was great, but we were not impressed with our dinner. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Great location and big pool”
Blue Lime is in a very handy location, tucked down an alleyway near the National Museum. The room was a bit small and slightly tired but the breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful, and the pool was huge and really nice to swim in during the evening!

All about location”
The big positive is the location and quite a nice pool area with lounges. We got a great deal through Agoda. The room however was not particularly clean and smelt. The bathroom didn’t drain properly. The bed sheets didn’t feel clean. The staff were not proactive and seemed a little disinterested.

Good location but a bit more cleaning is needed.”
This is a great place to stay but the room that we booked was not really a great place to stay in. Not sure if it is the same for the other rooms. The room felt musty and dusty like it was not used for quite sometime. You can see the dust on the side of the bed wall. You can inhale that. My companion started coughing because of the mustiness. Also, mosquitoes were everywhere good thing they were quick to spray moisquito spray. Definitely would need a lot of cleaning to make it comfortable

Nice pool”
I gave this hotel three stars. The free breakfast was basic but delicious. The staff was kind and friendly. I wish they were more attentive to small details like providing daily housekeeping, hand towels, robes and slippers in the room, and a welcome drink when you arrive. I think there are similarly priced hotels in PP that have more amenities. I still had a great stay at this hotel despite some things I felt were missing from the experience.

Beautiful pool area”
The very first thing you should know is that there are no elevators here. If you don’t mind that this place is very nice. Located in a tiny alley nearby the palace and the museum with plenty of Tuk Tuk’s waiting for you it’s a great location. Our room was huge and had its own private balcony which was big enough to seat four or five people. Drinks were solid and the pool are stunning. Next door is a great little Mexican restaurant. Yep, Mexican food in Cambodia run by an Expat and his wife from Arizona. Live music on Sundays and a great place for old hippies like me. 😁
