The place is a two-storey cozy, safe, modern & spacious villa located in a compound near SM City Clark, Marquee Mall, North Luzon Expressway Angeles Exit, Clark Freeport Zone, Balibago Business & Night Life District, Fields Avenue & Walking Street, Aqua Planet, Korean Town & a lot more. Driving to the said areas just take 5-30 minutes.
The compound has a stay-in guard & house helper to assist you w/ your immediate needs.
The compound also has a swimming pool & common lounge area.

The villa is a modern villa with:
- 6 air conditioned bedrooms w/ their own bathrooms (1 bedroom on the 1st floor & 5 on the 2nd floor).
- 1 extra bedroom w/ own bathroom for helpers/drivers or extra guests (No Aircon)
- Most of the rooms has a local channel tv. Living room has cable smart tv.
- 1 rest room/powder room for visitors.
- Living room with couch, AC and TV.
- Dining area near the living room.
- Kitchen area w/ stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, ref., water dispenser, basic kitchen utensils, plates etc.

We are a 20-25 minutes drive away from the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport(DMIA) or Clark International Airport, Aqua Planet, famous hotels like: Midori Hotel & Casino, Quest Hotel in Filinvest Clark, Royce Hotel & Casino, Widus Hotel & Casino, Marriott Hotel Clark, Fontana Leisure Parks etc.
We are also a 7-18 minutes drive to SM Clark, Marquee Mall & Korean Town.
We are also just a 5-10 minutes drive to Fields Avenue, Walking Street, Balibago Business & Nightlife District.

You can use your own car in the area. There are also available GRABCARS & GRABTRIKE or regular Tricycles in the area. If you are interested in renting a SEDAN, SUV or VAN with a driver, we can recommend someone :)

Smoke only at the designated areas.*Excessive smoking will incur penalties >The Pool is private for the villa compound & it is shared to all villa guests only. It is a family sized at almost 5 ft deep only. Guests can use it from 7am-12 mn only >Parking for each villa is only up to four (4) cars >Any damaged item/s upon checking must be paid before leaving the compound premises >Check-in time is at 2pm >Check-out time is strictly at 12nn >Luggage drop off allowed.For guests' convenience when they have early arrival or late departure >There is a required sec.deposit upon check in. The place was big and the rooms were big too. It wasnt quiet. There was some foul smell coming from the bathroom. The pool can be crowded if all the units are occupied. The place is a compound . But the staff were very nice and helpful. Bring your own towels and maybe blankets. When we went the house next to the compound had a party and the teens were having a karaoke. It was noisy.
