Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. A lovely welcome from Mr Jedi at the front desk. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has some cool architectural features. Breakfast is substantial and included in the rate. Mr Rishi and his restaurant staff were wonderful also. A great pool to relax in after a day in the beautiful Sur. I would recommend staying in a room in the wings off the center rotunda of the hotel as they are quietest. Enjoy!

Although we stayed only a night at the hotel, our stay was comfortable and peaceful. The location was a bit away from the old town however it is workable. The breakfast was amazing however the service from Rishi was the best that we have ever received and will remember for a long long time. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and welcoming Rishi. Unlike Muscat, there are very limited hotels in Sur and during long weekends or high season, due to limited supply, prices in Sur go very high. It applies to this hotel and one may find price very high and not exactly value for money but that is how it in Sur. We checked many hotels and finally settled for this one as this was the best among all. It's construction seems old but they have tried to provide all the latest amenities that you would find in a 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious (but not enough light), toilets are cleaner, efficient and helpful Indian staff at the reception and a decent swimming pool. They have a big restaurant too but we did not eat there. They seem to have a chain of hotels as the Desert Nights Camp Resort in Bidiya is also owned by same management and we stayed there too. If you are with family and ready to spend some additional money, this is the best choice.

This is my 3rd time stay here but last two times the name was sur plazza ath that time very clean and pleasant smell al over the hotel now it's very bad , in my room the closet are broken didn't like it
