Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and great staff”
good price, great location for soccer tourney and golf, excellent staff, and comfy beds. the rooms are not that large, but they have a fridge, microwave, desk and reading chair. beds were nice and several places to eat are close by. the neighborhood felt safe and the location is great for getting around west and north sides of las vegas. small be clean exercise room and a good breakfast. will stay here again.

far from the strip, just what we were looking for”
We had a wonderful stay at the best western plus in las vegas. Our room was nice and clean and we were able to check in early which was GREAT! Breakfast was really good too! We will definitely stay here again :)

clean, homey and decent continental breakfast”
Decent hotel off in Summerlin area of Vegas. Requested upstairs for quiet and got a good nights sleep. Didn't care for people congregating outside side door sitting against wall to smoke. Looked tacky and side door's magnetic key lock broken giving access to rooms by outsiders anytime day or night made me a little nervous. Continental breakfast good, eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, juice, etc. Would stay again.

Spent 4 nights there visiting family and totally loved it. It was quiet, clean, free breakfast... There was a swimming pool and spa open 24 hrs, which is unheard of. Vegas rocks!!

Excellent hotel, away from the strip, which is what we wanted, but we would have preferred an outdoor area to enjoy the weather. We booked this hotel to recover from three weeks of driving & sightseeing around the west coast and states of Nevada, Arizona and California. Our last two days, we just wanted to rest but the weather was so good, an outdoor area would have made a huge difference to our stay

Clean, quiet, and comfortable”
We were able to get an early check-in, staff was friendly and professional, room had a good sized flat panel TV. Located away from the Strip but close to plenty of restaurants and other shopping. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was fresh and clean, in good condition, and had all the conveniences as promised. There is plenty of parking, and access is easy from main roads.

Terrible customer service, far from the strip”
I arrived at Best Western LV West in a taxi with all my bags, only to be told that the was an error with my credit card and the booking was cancelled. I had checked the day before and the booking was confirmed, no email or call from the Hotel they just cancelled it. I asked if i could book again as i had other credit cards, and the woman on reception said no they are fully booked. No apology or help to find an alternative, we arrive in a strange country with all our bags and no where to stay. This was on Friday 15th September around 6.30pm, the woman on reception was very rude, appalling customer service and because of her i would never use Best Western again. We got a taxi to another hotel, although they were also full but the nice lady looked online and called a few local hotels to see if they had availability - thats an example of good customer service and a descent human being. We did find a hotel and the credit card worked fine there was no problem with it. A phone call from Best western would have been courteous and i could have given a different card, at least an apology on arrival would have been nice but then to shout out "have a nice day" sarcastically as we walked out the door with all our cases was absolute rudeness. As for the hotel i can't comment on the rooms. Reception was clean and un welcoming, location a bit far from the strip and customer service the worst i have ever encountered.

The hotel was decent. But a bit overpriced. The staff where ok. At there job. I found the staff to be kind of pathetic in a way. I would not want to see the staff again. It didn't feel warm. But the staff barely did there job.
