the hotel is recently renovated they did a nice job, although they had a very poor design to work with the whole facility is elongated and awkward to get in and out of once you get past that the hotel serves a free edible breakfast not great but it's good enough to get you on your way

We were well satisfied with the clean and comfortable room, The location is easily accessible from I-515. Parking is not adequate but we received permission to use restricted parking. Industrial noise began at 5 a.m. Staff were superior.

Best place to stay in Las Vegas area”
after a horrible experience at the best western mccarran inn, we readily drove the distance to this location. there isn't any exciting views from the windows, but we were impressed by how much more we received for less money than the crappy night at mccarran inn. quiet rooms, even though we were near an ice machine, still the room was quiet. leticia at the front desk is really on the ball. she was professional, thorough, and friendly. this location exceeded our expectations and we met with a manager, in order to tell him how pleased we were. we have found our place to stay when we visit the las vegas area.

I also work front desk for an inn in LA and it cannot compare to this (the prices are very similar!) My stay at this Best Western was phenomenal. My stay was quiet and friendly that you can ask for! The front desk are fun to chat with, provided they weren't busy. They have a nice mini gym in case I needed some work outs. Nice cookies and snacks at night and breakfast provided in the morning. Honestly, for 2 Queen beds, I cannot complain. Coming back next time I'm in Vegas!

Quiet hotel with beautiful swimming pool.”
we were happy we choosed this one. early breakfast until 09:30h even changing to 10:00h now. tv is hd. the swimmingpool is accessible from the lower floor. like everywhere in las vegas, there are many casino's close to the hotel. on the strip, parking in most cases, especially with the big casinos, is free. so for the bellagio watershow you can easily park at bellagio's. same with aria. chine town in las vegas is just a corner, don't expect too much of that.

One of the best Best Western's around”
best western's, over the decades, have been a benchmark - sort of a "gold standard" against which i've always measured other hotels. this last trip was made on a moment's notice and we had to book stays over the internet. we chose this hotel because of the best western affiliation - amazingly, it turned out to be a jewel. it's environment was better than the pricey ravella just down the street. the stay reminded me in a way of a cruise ship adventure, minus the smoke, gastrointestinal diseases and seasickness. oh, and they have great coffee in the morning!

This hotel suited us well. It is in Henderson which is 12 miles or so from the airport and downtown Las Vegas but we were picking up a motorhome the next day from a venue close to the hotel. It was basic but had a free breakfast and a nice swimming pool even if it was in a bit of an industrial area.

when we arrived and soon realized that agoda had not made one of the room reservations for us, the front desk staff were the best. they tried to remedy the mistake over the phone and computer. eventually they just gave us another room on labor day weekend for the same price. thanks again best western! just an after thought......please work on getting more comfortable beds. they are greatly needed.

We loved it. The price was very good especially since such a nice breakfast was available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location. Close, but not in, Vegas, and close to hiking and Hoover Dam. We'd definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and practical”
We feel we got a great value here. The hotel was clean and very friendly. We had a car and were able to go to the supermarket to buy our own food (we are vegan) and we had the refrigerator space to keep it fresh. It was a good location to access the conference we were attending, as well as a reasonable distance from the airport. We didn't go to Vegas for the gambling and shows, so we appreciated having some distance from the activity and noise from the strip.

overall, very clean hotel with the extras that made life easier- refrigerator and microwave. My mother, however, has COPD, and I was ill. She had called out for food and the front desk made us walk down to pick up a meal rather than room delivery. This is Las Vegas area and most hotels have room service. Given our circumstances, this was a royal pain especially when the rooms are NOT close to the front entrance even for those with disabilities.

i went to vegas during ces 2012. so most of the hotels are really expensive. so this hotel is really perfect choice for us. it is a bit far from the city, but it's really quite and clean. staff is really friendly and good service mind.
