Better than expected ”
Booked this hotel after our cruise. We couldn’t have been surprised and happy. The young man in the morning let us into our room a little early. The location was perfect. The room was immaculate. The bedding looked new and the room was very clean. This hotel should be a 3.5 star easily. It’s a little older but even the breakfast was amazing. I was beyond surprised and so happy we found it

Decent place for one night”
Located conveniently between the airport and cruiseport, this motel is well designed for an overnigjt stay for travellers going on cruises from Fort Lauderdale. Front desk staff were helpful and informative, but need too be more friendly and welcoming.

The reception staff were disinterested and unhelpful. We were given the password of “Smile” for the Wi-Fi and that was the only smile we got during our stay. The accommodation was dated and tired.

Shittle”
2 hrs 10 min to get shuttle and arrive at hotel. First shuttle arrived and too full to take us. Said he’d be back in twenty minutes, seemed reasonable. Back 40 min later with full shuttle and we went to many different hotels to drop off before arriving at destination. Only here one night for cruise in am. Cruise shuttle apparently comes whenever despite schedule. We scheduled alternate transport. To get there on time. One staff member on duty, not sympathetic. Defended poorly organized service.

Pleasant memory”
Hotels near the beach were so expensive. But this place was affordable and gave us pleasant experiences. We arrived at the airport around 10 pm but within 20 minutes the shuttle was coming to pick up. Just call them at the airport. Complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am was more than expected though they didn’t have fresh vegetables. Bedding was comfortable and pool area was clean and not crowded. A small shopping center is right next door. You can purchase a wide variety of food and daily items at the dollar tree. On the first floor you can get coffee, hot water, tea every time. The front desk staff might be not kind sometimes. We used uber or lyft to the beach, which took 8 minutes and 10 usd. The furniture is a bit old but still good!

Great location handy to strip mall. Picked up 2 bottles of wine for cruise at liquor store , lunch at sports bar, and Big Lots store. Front desk very nice especially Marie, Johan, and Angelina. Various restaurants handy and Dunkin Donut at the end of block.

The pros included affordability. We had four people in our room and there were enough amenities to cover our needs. The breakfast is nice and presented with pride. We were able to have an early check in, handled with friendliness and a sense of hospitality

The free shuttle bus as advertised is not as good as it seemed. We booked it for 5am the morning after our first night to take us to the airport. However when we arrived downstairs at 4:55 we were told it had left without us and we would have to wait 45mins for it. Seeing as our flight was in an hour and a half this was quite panicking. So 4 people and 8 suitcases had to call 2 Uber’s instead - leaving us getting to the airport only 10 minutes before baggage drop closed. I would not recommend using this service.

Breakfast included had quite a variety. Located next to a small mall and grocery store. They had shuttle buses taking you to a few locations. Beds very comfortable and great value for the money! Young male at guest services tried to accomodate us in every way possible unfortunately I didn't get his name. Would certainly return!

We asked for a wake up call and their advertised free, 8 minute ride to FLL airport . Simple right ??? apprarently not at this hotel . They did not give us a wake up call at 4am to catch our flight ( then lied about it saying they did 5 times but no one answered ) . However, lucky enough, we are already up! The big ticket item was with the ride to the airport . The female Latina, night clerk explained , as we did not answer our 5 phone calls at 4 am , the driver who would have driven us has gone home . SO , we were out of luck !! I asked the Night clerk why did you not mention this to me , as I was in and out prior to the 5 am ride to the airport, getting coffee - she lied and said she did not see me - impossible !! How many people in lobby at 5am ? The day person at desk ( also Latina) is wonderful . Carpets stinks..Musty oder in rooms . Friendly cleaning staff , starvation wages ( wont get into it here though ). Dont expect honesty at this hotel .
