We had a wonderful stay in Belmont hotel. The location is very near the airport. The food is great. Customer Service is amazing. We had several requests, which they graciously grant - special thanks to Ms. Beth and Ms. Pam. No question on the staffs’ honesty and integrity - one of my nephews lost his phone and we didn’t know where he left it. We asked the front desk’s assistance upon checkout and requested them to call us when they happen to find a phone upon cleaning our room. We’re glad to receive a call from them a few moments later and informing us that they found a phone at the Cafe where we’re having breakfast. The communication between staffs (front desk and housekeeping) is great, there is support and cooperation amongst them. We are very happy and satisfied, overall! Thank you Belmont!

Excellent location for our 12-hour layover at Manila Airport”
What a great find! We booked a room to accommodate our 12- hour layover in Manila and this hotel was perfect. It’s pretty much adjacent to the Terminal 3 skywalk, just a very short walk across the street. We were able to roll our luggage cart (two check in bags and two carry ons) from the airport to the hotel lobby. Not sure if this is allowed but we passed several airport workers and hotel workers and no one said anything. If you need assistance with luggage, you will be able to find help easily at the airport. The hotel bellhop wheeled our luggage to the Skywalk entrance when we checked out of the hotel. The rooms were updated and very clean. Plenty of eating and shopping options a short walking distance away. It was a great way to end our trip to the Philippines!!

Hospitality at its BEST!”
We had a great experience staying at Belmont. A very nice bellboy who's name is Jomari came to pick us up from the runway exit to help us with our luggage. He warmly welcomed us to Manila and Belmont and brought us to the check-in counter. The night was so busy as other guests were also arriving. But the young lad kept us updated that he will bring our stuff to our room. He shows his nice and kind upbringing too. Very polite and courteous ladies at the check-in desk namely Camille and Nikki Rose. Kudos to all the staff and of course the leadership behind this very accommodating and positive attitude of staff. For me, the Superior Queen room is a good size for a couple for a 1 night stay. Classy, very clean room and comfy bed and pillows. We didn't need to cook so the lack of kitchen facility is not a problem for us. The personal fridge is enough for us to chill our drinks. The breakfast included is good enough but would suggest to include the signature pinoy dish 'tocino', ready made scrambled eggs as I was discouraged to have it cooked for me due to the long queue. Obviously, a best seller. Overall, great experience to start our holiday! No dramas, no issues! Belmont is definitely our go-to hotel from now on as soon as we land Manila, Philippines. We can't wait to experience Belmont Boracay in the future!

Thank you po Ms. Tin for catering to our specific needs, we were the couple who required early check in 8 am as we visited our relatives from the province and arrived in Manila very early. I greatly appreciate working out the situation, we had series of travels and long flights before these and finding us a room and giving us reasonable cost is proof of great Service. Stress Free Stay next to NAIA”
My wife and I recently stayed overnight in the Belmont Hotel Manila to prepare for an early morning flight to the U.S. The location couldn't have been more perfect as we flew into Terminal 3 and we were able to utilize the new Runway Manila to conveniently get to the hotel. The Belmont makes you feel special from the very moment you enter the lobby. More importantly, the staff we interacted with were simply wonderful. We wish to extend a special thanks to Pamela who got us checked in and ensured our room was perfect for our stay. We also want give a shout out to Rooftop pool team who helped make our single evening so special (great barbeque and tasty cocktails). We will definitely return to the Belmont Hotel Manila and we highly recommend this wonderful location to anyone needing a location close to the airport.

Even before I arrived, I was contacted via e-mail regarding my stay and they asked me how they could help. I arrived very late in the evening and from then, the staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Location is directly in front of the airport which was very convenient. The bedroom was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The food I ordered was tasty. Room service was great. There tends to be a line in the restaurant for breakfast so the earlier, the better. Overall, the best hotel experience so I've had so far. It totally reflects the impeccable hospitality the Philippines is known for.

My parents were surprised and happy with the way the room was set up. It’s clean and smells good. My parents loved the cake the staff had prepared. Staff were helpful as my father is a PWD and he was assisted with care. Stayed here for 1 night bf my flight the nx day. Hotel is clean, convenient, just 5 min walk to terminal 3. Security was good. K-9 unit with Derild n dog Blick gave me a sense of security. Surely will be back

Nice hotel, good location, bad breakfast ”
I was very pleased with the hotel itself, courteous staff, clean room and great location close to airport. The breakfast was horrible. Almost cold pancakes and eggs, watered down juices, unripe fruit with only two choices, no pastries other than white bread and rolls. Very disappointing.

It’s our first time to stay in Belmont Hotel Manila and I must say, I will book again next time. Their service is great! They were able to fulfill my requests and one of them is a small surprise for my mom on mother’s day, special thanks to sir Joshua from Guest Relations. They also gave us connecting rooms despite having separate bookings. I love that they gave us rooms with a nice view of NAIA. The rooms smell good, clean, and beds are comfy. The next day, at first I thought the breakfast is only plated because it’s a Monday but I’m surprised it’s a buffet setup. They have nice selection of food. I love their breads and hashbrowns to be specific. I was also able to swim at their rooftop pool which is relaxing and has a nice sunset view. Best choice for overnight layover at Manila airport”
Part of Resorts World Manila, the Belmont is the hotel closest to Manila Airport's main Terminal 3. It is just a few seconds away from T3 by foot even with luggage. The Belmont and the Holiday Inn Express are the budget options among Resorts World Manila's hotels but the facilities (and breakfasts) at both are more than satisfactory. The HIX is too far from T3 to comfortably walk to with luggage, however, and taxi drivers will resist taking you there from T3. If you are flying in and out of T1, it is a toss-up between the Belmont and the HIX (a taxi is necessary for both). It is a few minutes walk from the Belmont to the Resorts World casino, while the HIX is right next door. Overall, I prefer the Belmont because I usually fly in and out of T3.

They have coonected rooms, so even if you are 4, booked in 2 rooms, seems you are in one room. :) and its so close to Naia terminal 3, no need to ride a car. U can just walk into the bridge. So accessible. Buffet breakfast also good. Pool is nice and clean.

Chose this for its proximity to Marriott Ballroom, but very pleased with our overnight stay. The room is small, but if you're visiting only to sleep in your room, work or rest, it is sufficient! Room is clean with good lighting and amenities. Staff accommodated my request for a high floor and a quiet room. I think we had a guest next door coz we could hear light bumps but otherwise no loud noises, which we appreciated. Room facilities were complete and in working order so when we finally arrived in our room past midnight, it was easy to wash up, settle down and tuck in for good night's rest. Curtains had just the right amount of blackout, though I wish they had sheer curtains so that people could not see into the room. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and on ordering breakfast in-room, they stated the correct lenght of waiting time and food was still hot and crispy (and delicious)! Price was just right for the serving, too! Don't expect too much from their coffee, though. :) All in all a very pleasant stay for a great price.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in.. so far! Hehe. Clean rooms, breakfast was so yummy! We stayed for 1 night when we watched a concert. It was walking distance for Resorts World Theater.. I really have no negative comments.. will definitely stay here again if we will watch another concert.. :D

Clean, friendly and Accessible ”
Belmont hotel is very recommended for business or leisure travelers, their rooms are clean and modest. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location is accessible especially when traveling to the airport, specifically NAIA T3. Just use the Runway Manila Access which is just a few steps away and you’re already at the T3 terminal. It’s also close to Newport World Manila. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food and beverages.

Of all the numerous hotels I stayed with including 5 stars hotels, Belmont Manila is the only hotel who catered my special requests and made sure that I'm comfortable enough by giving me a free room upgrade. Staff was very courteous, room was so nice, clean, and nice views, breakfast has limited choices but still good and most especially they're near to the runway manila bridge connecting to NAIA Terminal 3. Amazing Staff”
We arrived early (8 AM) and requested early check-in but no rooms were available. The front desk advised earliest available is probably around 1 PM. I decided to just wait in the lobby, with my 7-year-old son, as we are just so exhausted from a 9-hr flight from Dubai. I didn't notice I was already sleeping in the lobby but they just allowed me. By 12 NN, the front desk woke me up since there is already an available room. I was surprised they didn't ask for additional payment, considering the check-in time was still 2 PM. I genuinely appreciate that. The security guards, bellboys, and pool personnel were just as amazing. Definitely staying again..

Stayed overnight for an intimate celebration with friends. The multi-use or adjacent rooms were most convenient since we are a group of 5. We watched a concert at the Newport Resorts Theater which is a walking distance to the hotels and casino also. The church is just beside the hotel and what's important for travellers is it is close to the airport. Valet parking is available for convenience.

Clean and secure”
The price is affordable and the room we got was clean. Everything was working properly, no complaints except there was no desk nor chair to do office work. There was only a solo sofa and footrest. Towels were clean and toiletries were available. Hotel staff was polite and pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights, and breakfast was delicious each day with several choices. The floor of the hallways need major cleaning though. There was a big ugly stain near the elevator.

Convenient location for business travelers”
Chose this hotel mainly for its location. If you are flying in through NAIA 3 you don’t have to bother with finding a ride, just head to the 3rd floor and take the sky walk across the motor way and you’ll find yourself just outside the hotel. The facilities are clean, the staff very accommodating, and the service relatively complete. Take note, however, that this isn’t the place to stay if you’re planning on sight seeing or taking a walk around town. It is a bit of a ride from the big malls and tourist attractions and this isn’t helped by the traffic around the area. But if you just need a place for a quick freshen up from a long trip or to relax prior to your next flight then this is perfect.
