Decent Hotel, You get more than what you pay for!”
-After reading some of the negative reviews i was afraid how my stay is going to be at this hotel, but to be frank these negative remarks told above are not true. -Rooms are infact clean and the spacious, with ACs. [Only con was no TV] but we would be in room only to sleep, so it hardly matters. -The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Yes they were!! [I read in some comments that the staff are rude, but they are wrong, these guys will help you in every way] -Pool was clean & Neat.. [No clorine effect]. -Breakfast is the only turn off points Bread toast and milk. Apart from this if you need to stay near the most happening place of Goa during night, this hotel is the best bet for a very affordable rate. Very very close to Baga & Calangute. Close proximity to Anjuna & Vagator beach.. Also nearby to (15-20 KM) to Morjim & Ashvem beach. Over all worth the money i paid for! SCrew the negative comments here.. Just go there an enjoy!! Cheers

I totally enjoyed my stay in Beiramar Alfran Resort. It was in a good location in Goa, the staff helped us always when needed and we also got a fantastic new years eve-meal ! Our room had everything we needed; beds, toilet, shower, a fridge and ac. I recommend it to everyone!

peace in the middle of hustle bustle”
It was my first booking through agoda. Loved the place. We were two fathers with our kids and all of us enjoyed the place totally. Not one but two clean swimming pools!!! Location wise the baga beach is just a few mins walk away. Stores and restaurants and are just outside the hotel property. As far as the hotel is concerned its so peaceful and calm. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant menu does need some improvement.

Our stay was excellent We were comfortable in a lovely big room which was cleaned every day with clean linen and towels provided daily Every member of staff from reception to gardens were friendly polite and helpful The restaurant was superb service as good as at a five star This is a cheap hotel to stay at and in terms of value for money second to none if you want five star facilities pay the exorbitant prices We will be returning next year Many people who were staying there return year after year Thankyou to all the staff there

The premises was nearby Tito's and just 2 mins from Baga/ Calangute beach. Thomas, our receptionist was a gem of a person who made sure everything we wanted to do & visit in Goa was arranged. From the day we arrived till the night we departed for Mumbai was a breeze & the assurance provided is praise worthy. We certainly can't thank him enough. Don't expect 5 star suites at this accommodation but the place is very suitable for a group of friends chilling out on weekends. Also make sure when visiting that there are no upcoming elections in the area as it was declared a "Dry Day"-meaning no alcohol is sold in the region.

I had booked two rooms and we were all friends. The first thing i loved was the rooms and their size. Every room had a balcony and the washroom as well as the room were pretty clean. The service was nice. I loved their big pool. It was walkable to the Baga beach. I recommend.

Great location to experience Baga Beach culture”
good basic level hotel. very friendly atmosphere, friendly staff who speak to guests every time they see you, this has a flow on effect of guests greeting other guests. christmas and new year dinners were an adequate celebration and the accompanying entertainment was excellent. breakfast of tea, coffee, toast and rolls was a little under-whelming however, for a very tiny cost a cooked breakfast or huge and sumptuous fruit platter could be purchased. room furnishings a little sparse and the beds were veeeeeerrrrry hard but if you are spending more time in your room than it takes to shower, change and sleep - you shouldn't be holidaying in goa - there are so many more things to do.

location was good , close to baga and the famous tito's. you can get a bike and roam calangute , anjuna and baga.the hotel was like an oldage home , very poor reception service . the kitchen was good and the food rates are moderate. the swimming pool was the plus point of this hotel . well definately its not a happening place when you are in goa. hotel recommended for 50 plus people , young guys please avoid this property.

a nightmare in Goa at Beira Mar”
the ambiance of beira mar alfran resort is pathetic in condition. has no life and over all the staff of the resort is not at your help. i really have no idea why do they called "resort" this place is a hotel just by name but more than 50% of the hotel is rented as apartments and what ever is left they offered as hotel resort we arrive in a humid afternoon to the front desk and they took as to a dusty stair way that apparently was not cleaned for more than a month so i was kind of scare what to expect to see as my 5 nights stay room, oh man the room was dusty, no tv, no phone and some personal decorations on the mirror, walls and bathroom it seams that some one rented for couple of years then the hotel stuff never took the time to clean it up, we asked them to change the room but they show as a worse one so we end up staying there because they were not able to reimburse the money saying as excuse that the room was rented with agoda internet travel agency well we stay there and next day they gave us a small tv 11" with the sound not able to move it up to 8 level and not good view either the phone never was connected, we also ask for a double bed cover and never received any so me and my husband cover with individual shets on our honey moon hahahhah so funy, we decide one night before our intended stay to check out so we received no refund at all we paid for 5 nights and stay only 4 but again if you make a reservation through internet beira mar alfran resort will never give you a refund at all. i will never stay here of course and i do recommend you to do the same. i have some pictures of the broken toilet and the room itself maybe i posted later if you decide to stay never get the room 111.

Hotel is having good ambience, its basically a colony with one BHK Flats. Which they offer on rent. Resturants is very good and serves delicious food.They have two Bi swiming Pools. Room service is almost not there. Location is hardly few mins walk form beach and happening place. if you can compromise on room service, hotel is the best

I loved the hotel for it's strategic locations and Lovely Swiming Pools but little more improvement required in room service such as TV, Intercoms or Phone's. Must stay and enjoy the elaborate cuisine with wonderful BBQ's and live music.

location of the resort is good. very big resort, with lots of rooms good for a cheap accomodation. service is not good, i had to call the reception multiple times for the same issue, very difficult to catch hold of the lady at reception itself, if everything in your room is working, then no need to call waiter and your stay is good

Not impressive bedroom”
We stayed 3 nights in Goa and we had a bedroom with a damp and mouldy bathroom. Seriously, we are not impressed. The whole bathroom wall was covered with black mould and it smelt very badly. The room was also not very clean with cobwebs on the top corners etc. We requested to move another room straight away but we were told that all the room were full booked on that day we arrived. Also breakfast wasn't great either, it was just tea and toast. Not enough to keep the energy level up. On the plus side the room was very big and the location is not too far from the beach but it was not enough when you have stayed in Goa before and you know the other hotels in the area are much nicer for a little more money. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again ever!!!! I rather pay up more for a decent room in future.

Good Location with decent rooms”
Though the rooms are decent, they are actually 1 BHK flats converted to rooms, with kitchen closed. And the rooms have a dull colour. The furniture is not upto the expectations. This place is more ideal for groups, not suggested for couples or either for leisure stay. The staff is good and helpful, but the resort does not stands to the expectations...
