We recvd exceptional service and discount upgraded our room to a suite it was awesome over looking the water u could see all the boats and water skiers having lots of fun and at night all the beautiful high rise buildings and lighting was so beautiful just amazing worth the cost for the environment and service

The elevators were slow, and the food was VERY overpriced, breakfast was not included without a fee plus there are resort fees they don't inform you about...BUT...room was great and had a great service...the location was close to beach and walking distance to almost anything you need...I would stay there again for sure especially knowing what to expect.

We made a last minute reservation on a holiday and it was the best deal around by far. While it wasn’t directly on the beach it is on the intercoastal waterway and well overlooks that which is kind of nice and they do offer a shut up that only accommodates four people over to the beach. The walk to the beach is over some busy roads and a bridge but it’s about a half mile and definitely doable. Water on Hallandale Beach is absolutely breathtaking. The beach itself was super crowded, it was Presidents’ Day but still. It was February. The pool was nice. The rooms are small and simple but felt new and modern. We were on the third floor and had no view at all. The refrigerator was nice. Liked the balcony.

Good but needs help”
Good looking property and nice location, great pool view of the inner coastal but better get there early, Covid restrictions only allow 20 people.. Elevators are a major hassle, only two to service 30 floors and maintenance staff of occupies their use in addition to all the guests. Often times waiting for 5-10 minutes both ways to get down and up. You’ll enjoy your stay but be frustrated by the process of what feels like a constant process to get up and down.

This place was great, how ever not a lot of option to eat around you might haft to UBER also their is a Deposit on your CC card per stay of 25.00 per day !! Did not know that.. other than that it was a great stay with great views !!!

Great location but slow elevators”
The location was great and the views from the balcony was amazing but the cleaning was not upto my standards. The carpet was dirty and the sheets never got changed. The elevator was so slow, they really should have a dedicated elevator for the cleaning staff.

Necessities not stocked properly, like toilet paper / towels had to be asked for, only two elevators for 30+ floors so you wait a while. Pool closes at 7pm. However view and location are great.

The intracoastal views from the pool and balcony was great! The free shuttle to the beach was nice although walking wasn't too far anyway. Downfalls would be the false advertisement on some sites of there being a rooftop pool...there is but it can only be accessed by those who own penthouses. Another downfall is the restaurant/bar was closed due to covid (I'm guessing).

Small rooms with fees”
Initially booked the superior room for family of four. It was a small and tight room for two queen. Room description said microwave fridge, none of that was there. Then was forced to upgrade to a 1 bedroom room so we can stay our 2 days comfortably with children. Rooms doesn't have enough pillows and blanks, the pillows were tiny, in all rooms. Daily fee $50 is a lot for what they have. Small pool, good size gym, and van to take you to the beach. Parking fee is a lot as well, under 3 days has to be valet parking.

It's just okay. The best thing about it is the location. The front desk was friendly. Our room was leaking water from one of the events so it smelled like mildew in the carpet was wet. Parking is a little expensive. Either I was extremely tired when the bed was actually comfortable.
