    “Great value for money!”

    Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights as a Family of 3. The space is perfect for us 2 adults and 1 toddler. The building is near Country Club and we enjoyed strolling around the lake. There's a shuttle that goes around the property also if ever you don't feel like walking. The internet is fast and reliable, I was able to work. The utensils and kitchen stuff are complete. There's even free water! Just make sure you have everything you need if you are planning to cook because there are no nearby stores. The only con is: there was power interruption for the days we have stayed. We were informed beforehand but the scheduled interruption originally 2hrs went on until 4 hrs per day. But i think it was a good thing because we went out and just enjoyed the view and other amenities. WIll definitely come back!

    “Value for money”

    We stayed for 3days and 2nights. Easy booking process, thorough email briefing, and smooth entry because our names were already logged in at the gate (thank you, Ms. Mae) and efficient registration process at the Country Club (thank you Ms. Susan). Ample parking area for guests. Just showed an ID and handed the reg paper at the Jacana building lobby concierge when we arrived. By then, the unit was ready and the key available (thank you Ms. Ruby). Very clean unit, cold aircon, well-functioning ref, hot shower with strong water pressure, comfy bed. We only used the rice cooker and microwave and they both worked fine. We had our meals at the balcony (clean and peaceful) overlooking the mountains, the road, and half the parking area. Walking distance to the beach but we used the free shuttle because it was always available when needed. The lobby security showed us a shortcut to the pool (short distance walk) and we used that, too. The beach is our fave so we stayed there most of the time. Delicious Quesadillas de Camaron and Margherita pizza at the beach, Reef Bar (9am-9pm). Welcoming and courteous staff and security everywhere. All in all, a very nice and relaxing stay for me and hub, worth our time and money.

    “JACANA 205B”

    The owner of the unit is good and accomodating. The room is clean. However, the caretaker is not responsive. Also, you need to have your own netflix account in order to watch. They don't have their own account. Overall, it was a good experience.

    “Family outing”

    We enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights stay in this condo unit. The unit owner as well as the coordinator , caretakers were all responsive and professional. The owner was already there when we arrived at the country club..She gave us instructions ..I admire her trust because she did not request for deposit or they did not even check the unit before our check out. They only instructed us to leave the key in the box. The aircon is functioning well. Fast internet , with netflix, Clean room.. Kitchen utensils and appliances were all.provided for us.

    “My First Time Staycation in Pico De Loro (Cutad)”

    Hi Administrator/Owner of the Apartment, I and my family had a worthwhile experience in your Apartment. We had a great night and day in the facility especially our night experience, Its very convenient in such a way that we have no issues as to avail the apartment features, so simple yet complete amenities comparable with livable home. Besides the beach and pool areas we had a lot of fun trying out the other places within the resort and we can never do it without a resting area within which was your accommodation.
