“PICO DE LORO MIRANDA 506B”
The unit was okay. It was nice but we had to do a little cleaning ourselves to get rid of some smell. We cleaned the ref, pots, pans, cooking tools, plates, utensils and microwave before using them just to be sure. Also, we were not informed that the building was under construction so our view from the balcony was blocked by some workers. Outside the unit, the kids had fun at the beach and pool. We spent one whole day just for swimming and felt like the kids still wanted more :) Most of our food were home cooked as the restaurants inside Pico de Loro were a bit pricey for us. We bought fresh seafoods from a nearby town. Yes, there was access to Netflix and a strong Wifi connection perfect for people working remotely. Additional notes: I was also not informed about the registration rates. In their websites and guidelines, month of July falls into the category of lean months, hence we should have been charged only 1K for adults. But, we were informed only on our first day that they were going to charge us with peak season rates. I was told there were changes but again, this was not communicated in any way, so it felt kind of off for me. I would suggest to contact Pico de Loro directly to check their current rates.

“Goods Goodss”
all goods in the goods in the hoods it just that in their rules if no one is using you can use the room anytime with in the day for free then i ask them they said someone is booked when we are there we decided to book for another day then suprisingly this same room is vacant after our check out then we just booked it again . its just that they said there will be another guest coming tomorrow but after we decided to book another day in the other rooms they said the room is vacant tomorrow :) . FYI their rules is that you can check in as early as you want and you can check out as long as you want with in the day :) its just that they were lying and their just posting it hahahaha thats all just disappointed on that

“Best deal for family with 5-6 members”
My family enjoyed our stay in this unit better than my previous visit. What we liked most is that it has strong wifi inside the room with readily available Chromecast in the its TV. We have all utilities & kitchen needs in the room for a family stay. This is the best alternative for group having 5-6 members and conscious about budget in a 3days stay. Btw, I happen to book here to bring my family during an overnight company outing at Pico Sands.
