"We have stayed at 5-star hotels in Puncak. Le Eminence, though not a 5-star hotel, we believe, has the best view in Puncak, even better than the 5-star hotels’. The sight of the river, paddy fields and mountains is simply amazing. Air is fresh. We were hesitant at first to go to Puncak because of the pandemic. Glad that we went. We felt safe even when we had buffet breakfast and dinner several times. Lunch at Bebek Tepi Sawah was also good. Price is very reasonable...Kudos to the staff of this hotel. I needed a medicine on the second day of our stay but we did not want to take public transport to go to the pharmacy (we sent home our driver on our first day). One of the staff (I forgot to take his name) directed someone to buy the medicine for me. And he did. He got it for me. What an awesome service...Hope they can refurbish. though. This hotel has a potential to become a 4.5 to 5-star hotel with the view and staff that they have, if they will renovate. "

"I went for holiday with my family during pandemic. We concern a lot about the cleanliness of the hotel and Pullman is the best for implementing the health protocol during the pandemic. Pullman hotel really put the health care protocol on the top of the list. We need to wash our hand and the security checked our temperature before we get in to the lobby. When my family and I arrived at Pullman, the first impression that come up is this is a hidden gem. The lobby was huge and beautifully decorated with Christmas theme. The ambience was so peaceful and gave the tranquility of mind. The receptionist welcomed us with nice gestures, they put on complete mask and gloves. They gave some papers to be filled before checking in. After that we can get the key to our room. This hotel is very big and there are 7 buildings. We stay in the deluxe room on the 7th building. The room is big, very clean and comfortable. I like the spacious dress room and bathroom. The bedroom is very big for 3 of us. The aminities are complete. All rooms have a balcony which I like the most. You can really breath a fresh air with a beautiful mountain view on the balcony. There are 4 big pools with 1 infinity pool with the garden view. This is what I call as "Puncak rasa Bali" beacuse the view and and everything. The most important thing also is the staffs were very nice, friendly and helpful. Whenever we meet the hotel staff, they definitely greet us. I have good experience here at Pullman Vimala Hills. One of the restaurant's staffs, named Selly, was very helpful and friendly. I think all the restaurant's managers, staffs and waiters have the excellent service. The food was good with many choices. And again all the food is served by the chef in the station to maintain the cleanliness and safety. The facilities are great! They have 5 star qualities kid's club. They have games and activities that make us feel so happy and trust me, NO boring at all. Lastly, my family and I have a pleasant stay here"

"This is a new hotel and one of the best hotel in Puncak area. Modern and minimalist design. We can enjoy executive lounge if we booked a studio room. In the morning we can join a yoga class. The food is quite varied. The hotel's location far enough away from the crowds and still not too cold here, but overall excellent for a hotel in Puncak area"

"We could enjoy all the view, ambience, and facilities without any hesitation, my family are more than happy to book this hotel for the 2nd time, we feel safe since the staff are strictly following covid19 protocol, unfortunately the breakfast are still in ala carte, but that's understandable considering this pandemic situation"

"If you have to be in Puncak, then this is the hotel to stay. Then again, the only reasons you want to be in Puncak are: Taman Safari, and to have your kids experiencing how it is to have fresh mountain air. The hotel has the best location. But it is not too well maintained. The room that we stayed in (2BR bungalow) is clean and have sufficient facilities (eg, hot water, fire place, microwave). However, the management seems to not do its maximum to upkeep the property. There are traces of trash (though not excessive), cigarette butts. The swimming pools seems to be under renovation for the longest time. Other facilities (eg, playground, park) are old and tired. Some areas have better up-keeping, some are not. I guess for the price they charge, we would expect a place that is spotless and refurbished. Staffs' helpfulness is OK (would rate them 7/10). Breakfast is so-so (6/10). Limited variety and just average. I would recommend ordering a la carte from the restaurant since the food is much better. In fact, I strongly advise to have dinner in its heritage restaurant and order the well-known menu (some are popular Holland dishes). Anyways, the food would be the better one in Puncak. "

"We are very Happy to enjoy short holiday on week end with kids and parents. Staf are very welcome and helpful, when my kids make room dirty they comes soon after we called. Room are nice and clean, we take 2 rooms with door connecting. Event blower on 1 of the bathroom was broken we still can enjoyed. I booked room from agoda in last minutes and price cheaper than hotel price. Thank you agoda and jayakarta hotel"

"The hotel is located away from the bustle of the main road where most hotels and resorts are located. Though it is 1 km down hill off the road, it is easy to get a shared angkot just outside the hotel to go anywhere in Puncak including all tourist places like botanical gardens, flower garden, tea plantations etc for just $1-2 per person (IDR 5000 - 20000 depending on where you go from that town) The hotel itself is huge with airy open spaces, in a quiet environment with a garden and lots of greenary. The rooms are huge and clean. Yes sometimes during the day you will hear from the mosque loud speakers but it is unavoidable anywhere in the towns there. You wont hear a thing if inside the room and keep your doors closed. Most of the time it is very peaceful to sit in the balcony. Take a room in the backside of the Hotel facing the volcano, not front side. I must appreciate the service of the staff. All of them were very cheerful and always ready to help you with whatever you ask. The hotel is clearly not behind your money trying to sell you things or charge more for water or food. Infact the food is very cheap yet good. The breakfast is limited but you get bread, eggs, sausage and some indonesian dishes with cereals juice coffee, tea or chocolate. So that was more than enough for us. And the food is 24hrs unlike Puncak pass resort where we stayed before where they closed everything at 9pm and refused to serve us even bread. And priced their food very high. Do take for the value for money, service and peaceful location. You will like it. "

"this is a wonderful hotel for honeymoon or couples. But there are some points for hotel's development. the road to hotel is considered light offroad and quite far (-/+ 1 km from main road) and dark at night. better use SUV or MPV or a jeep if you want to go there. there is no signboard "Jimmers Hotel" in the main road so the guest will be difficult to know exactly the location is. the last is there is no fixed line telephoe and credit card transaction noy yet ready(cash only) in hotel. But when you stay, you will get the wonderful skynight night stars and the flip flop light from houses around the mountain.The last but not least, the best and biggest swimming pool in Puncak! "
