The hotel's location is excellent with a shopping and dining center opposite to VivoCity, and close proximity to Sentosa Island and Universal Studios. There are both good and bad of the hotel. I purposely choose a larger room with higher price thinking it should be of good view, since the room layout was two sides glass windows. Here comes the outcome of it, first, for chinese it isn't very lucky to get a room number of 4x4. Next, it was an end room. Then, the highlight came, check into the room, look outside of the window, it's malay cemetery. Never expected it to be that disappointing, since usually upgraded price rooms are more pleasing. Hotel is about 10mins walking distance from MRT Vivocity. If you never been there you might not be able to find which exit to walk to Travelodge Hotel. Room comes with breakfast, however the tables indoor are very limited, so you have to take the outdoor seating, and you'll have new experience of chasing birds away because the birds are aiming to drink your water or steal your food if you're away or unattended. Room interior, bathroom door is awkwardly designed, with only half the door, which means if you choose to shower, your toilet will be left opened. If you choose to go to the toilet, your shower will be left opened. It's like a barn door. Aircond was okay cold, shower was with strong and hot water okay, bed is set up very high, higher than waist level, so you need to climb to bed. Lots of electrical plugs for phone charging and stuffs. You decide whether it's the right stay you're looking for.

Stayed 2 Adults 3 teens for 4 nights 1 X deluxe queen 1 X friends and family triple room. Check in was seamless, quick and easy ( was after midnight) Deluxe queen was upgraded which was a nice surprise. We were expecting rooms to be small so not a suprise there but both rooms very clean and practical. No frills. Light switches a little confusing! Showerhead leaked a bit. In room safe not working. Rooms not serviced every day. Only done once during our stay but you can request additional towels, bins emptied etc as required. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Sentosa and it didn't disappoint. We walked over on the boardwalk. Unfortunately we had a fire evacuation at 0100 hours on our second night, (no fault of the establishment at all but we don't think it was handled very well at the time with no communication as to what was happening was given during the event). But the fire alarms and evacuation notification voice over throughout hotel was spot on. Thankfully all was rectified and we were able to return to our rooms shortly thereafter. Swam in pool once, towels provided, found it a little "chilly" for our liking. Didn't have the breakfast included. Ate breakfast at Vivo City mall right across the road. Laundry facilities available for $10/machine. Would recommend staying here if, like us, you are doing alot of activities on Sentosa but prefer a budget friendly option.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I wanted to be close to Vivo City shopping centre for shopping purposes. Check-in and check out was speedy and efficient. Its a no frills hotel, breakfast was included (basic, simple selection of eggs, 2 ways, sausages, bread / toast with butter and jam. Asian style fried noodle, apples, lettuce, yoghurt and cereals. Teach and coffee. I was given the last room available, which was a room with a single bed. The room was on the second floor, near the balcony which overlooks the reception and dining area. You can hear the noise from the dining area eg the clink / clunk of plates cutlery etc and people talking. Floor 3 upwards would be less noisy. THe bed was quite high up to make a space to put a suitcase under the bed. You get complimentary water in the room. There is a kettle to make tea / coffee (provided). The basin was to the left of the mirror so you cant see yourself eg when shaving. Large tv was in the room, the regular asian and western news channels, a few movies and tv channels from asian countries one or two in English. The rooms were generally clean and tidy. This hotel is ideal for Muslim travelers as there is a Mosque next door. Some Halal food is available in the Vivo city mall (eg four fingers). Its easy to walk to Sentosa Island and Universal Studios from the mall across the boardwalk. Just remember to bring an umbrella and a hat. It does rain a lot in Singapore.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Harbourfront Singapore. Overall, the experience was mixed — convenient location, but several aspects could be improved. Cons: The bed is too high, which can be uncomfortable for shorter guests. The bathroom door design is flawed — even when closed properly, water still splashes out onto the floor during a shower. Poor ventilation. The windows cannot be opened or closed, so if someone uses the toilet and there's a strong smell, it lingers throughout the whole room. Although my check-out time was clearly stated as 12 PM, a staff member knocked on my door around 10 AM asking when I would be checking out. It felt unprofessional and disrupted my rest. Breakfast inclusion was not clearly indicated. For example, my father booked three rooms — the triple room included breakfast, but the double rooms didn’t, and this wasn’t well communicated at the time of booking. Pros: Excellent location — very close to major attractions, MRT stations, and bus stops. Front desk staff were friendly and spoke Mandarin, which made communication easy for us.
