    best 3 star hotel i have ever stayed so far. Bit bad smelly pillow , but replaced right away after notifying the staff. Food price quite reasonable, and nice layout for the restaurant concept, closed and open area. Good one!.

    Overall good , clean room, City view is good , but also the hotel need to up the parking capacity, btw its a worthy place, have a nice Breakfast 👌

    Clean and Functional”

    I like Batiqa. Their Surabaya hotel is a bit dated and room small, but it never felt unclean (good job cleaning and maintenance staff). Good location in Darmo. Was overall happy. Will book larger room next time. Size of 18 sqm is too small for couple. Perfect for single traveler.

    First day was perfect but 2nd days really need improvement”

    I was stay for 2days in batiqa and really enjoy beside of food only fruit need fresh ones and tv chanel more variation compare than others batiqa and really have nice views. 2nd days due to one of tv channel have performance show, almost all side dishes for breakfast gone and no refill except main course and egg.
