"going to Puncak always give 2 choice, do you want to stay below near Taman Safari area or go to the higher ground just to relax with family and enjoy times. when we want to go up! Yasmin is always our choice, the place is perfect for family with young children, they have excellent swimming pool, pool,flying fox, ping-pong table, badminton, and other children activities. going out for food is also very easy, the place is near to Nicole's Kitchen and Roof Park where we can just dine and hang there My last experience is surely touching, we forgot our child's pillow in the room. so i was thinking to ask for the hotel administration to help if they can delivered it to Jakarta , and i will pay for the packing fee. but to my surprise, the hotel even willing to pay for the packing fee.. omo..^O^ i was so touched with their services and if Agoda have 6 stars for them, i would surely give it!!"

"The room is spacy and clean. Bed is big and clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. There space to make activities inside hotel with family. Breakfast is available but not so much option. Restaurants may not available all days, only when occupancy is high. But hotel staff can help you to get outside restaurant nearby. Surrounded by vegetables plantation to explore if you like. Weather is very cold, can get 17 Celsius at nigh. Prepare sweater or jacket. Have swimming pool but water is cold. Location is very calm, good for daily routine escape or having time with family. I stay 2 nights at Superior Room. All family is happy with the stay. Access is very easy through Cipanas Presidential Palace. But the road is narrow and high climbing. Minibus can go through but big buss cannot."

"Me and my family stayed in Villa Sophia for 2 nights and we're so happy that we made the right choice to stay there. First, the location. Although the villa is located a bit far from the front gate, but it offers tranquility and peaceful environment, since there's not a lot of vehicles around. But the villa's complex was located very near to restaurants and factory outlets, such as Brasco, Raja FO, Amen restaurant, Sate Shinta, Kalimantan Restaurant (which is our family's favorite). The staff was very attentive and helpful to us. The cleanliness of the villa is also good and the garden is very taken care of. The only minus was there's no swimming pool here. But overall, we were satisfied to stay here. Will definitely consider to stay again."
