Great location but small room”
Avia Residence is quite ok.Eventhough the room is quite small but it is clean and tidy.The place is surrounded with housing area..nice place to stay but quite far from the city..The staff is really helpful.They will help you to get the taxi but be careful with the taxi drivers.you must ask local people about the price before you take the taxi.

Nice place to have short stay in Tomang Area”
I stayed for 2 night. Have a bad flight so I arrived there almost midnight. Have some difficulties to find it at start, but fortunately it is pretty famous place in that area so I just ask around. As you expect from economics price, minimum facility but still satisfying and good hospitality from the "receptionist". Minus point is the lack of parking lot, for the Avia Residence also a boarding house with fixed parking slot.

I Stay with my wive last time to spent our lovely time. The hotel room is neat & Cool Place. The bathroom is like using secondary material, but it's ok Still can use the Hot Water & as complimentary you can have their breakfast for toast bread with Fruit Jam. The Internet is also fast, equipped Access Point in every floor. So for transit or budget hotel, I'm valued it Excellent In front of the Hotel, there is 24 hours Mini Mart and so many seafood, chineese-food & indonesian food restaurants. But, still if you bring your kids - don't let them know what area is this. Because near it, so many hourly motel for.. well u know... playing things that me and my wive done with rented woman.

The room is clean, the wifi works well, it is surrounded by restaurants, minimarts. Near taman anggrel and central park mall. Just wish that the floor for the bathroom is changed from plain granite to texturized floor so that it will not be slippery.

good value for the money, although the hotel is a bit difficult to find, but once you find it, its easier to get around to the main street. Good location also if you're looking forward to a meeting near Harmoni area, or Tol access to Tangerang. Room is clean, bed is comfy.

small place equals the price”
well, not much to say, the place as i expected not too much things inside, the place is a rent a room place for students, and i think some rooms that don't have renter was placed to agoda, the room was small, aircon working, no fridge, an lcd tv, double size bed, a electric water thermos was placed, not much too complain compared by the cheap prices i've got, quite okay for the price. the place bathroom cleanliness not the one thing they are great for coz the water have rusty or groundy smell.

One thing nice is the hotel is clean and spacious room. Too bad the hotel is not close to restaurant and is difficult to find food. It's also not close to entertainment and shopping, you need to find cabs for that! But the staff is helpful in everyway though.

this is the 2nd time i spent the nite here, and still the best value so far if you have things to do around Tangerang & Harmoni area. room is clean, bed is comfy, but parking ur car is a bit difficult. near access to Tangerang toll.
