Nice but big”
nice hotel. i selected it because it had good reviews. there is not much you can critizise, except that it is big. but even that they managed quiet well and the breakfast room is spacious, there are hotel which better views on the sea in agadir. i missed that.

The staff were very friendly. The room is clean and very big! The balcony is big too. The amenities such as hairdryer is not so good, and there are no coffees/teas available in the room. Available bathrobes and hotel shoes. The breakfast was amazing and very worth it. The gym is good and the pool is big (however it is very cold). The jacuzzi/sauna facilities are required to pay, which is a little bit unrecommended for a 5-star hotel.

This hotel has a beautiful charme. It has beautiful, representative art work in the entry area, which is quite impressive. But if you are traveling by car it can become tricky to find a parking lot. Es handelt sich um ein schönes Hotel mit altem Glanz, welcher schon ein bisschen abgeplatzt ist. Es war ein bisschen schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ich würde es aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Top standard hotel”
by far the best 5 star facility we saw in the area, and certainly of the highest standard for maroc. perfect location: near the beach (<5 min walk) but without the crowds, noise or wind. tranquil and private. unfailingly remarkable service at all levels. excellent in-house dining options for enough variety for a short stay. can't speak to the demi or full pension options; but the breakfast buffet upgrade was certainly excellent value.

Utter Nonsense!!”
Awful....arrived from mountains and very tired.....given room overlooking garden...well overlooking half built giant hotel at back next to corridor for all staff it sounded like....awoken the first morning with sound of maid moving furniture around in room above @8.30am...not her fault but obviously housekeeper must of told her to clean the room..but at that hour!? Then paid 400mad to go in Thalaso...to try and chill!? What an experience as is the way it appears in Morocco Older member of staff controls everyone so no one can make a practical decision without their involvement....communicated with 4 staff before getting in sauna..20 minutes....then in afternoon After waiting 20 minutes to get my card that they lost....I evenyually got in pool to share with noisey clients....then got hassled by male staff member wanting to see my card..it got so rediculas that I eventually left...so much for relaxation!? Then that night at 7 pm more work in the room above...meant more noise for an hour!? Couldn't wait to move... After mint tea on arrival does not 5 star make!? And all drinks and food overpriced....when we left via back gate to get to taxi rank....we got stopped by security and we got chased by a member of staff saying we have to go through reception....we had paid and had no bills...as is the way too many staff doing nothing but worrying about what the managers doing!. I will also email the manager when I get back! Out of 8 hotels we stayed...this was by far the worst! No follow up from reception re noise complaint and 400 mad down from stressful Spa! Pffffft

This hotel looks very nice on the outside, however it is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The service is terrible. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world, this hotel should be a 3 star. I have stayed in better 3 stars then this. Rude staff, long waits when asking for something, everything in the hotel is extra for example a further £16 to use the pool for 2 hours, £4 for a bottle of water. It is an absolute joke. I can understand people booking this because it’s a good price for a 5* but don’t be fooled. Book a 4* and you will pay even less and get a much better service.
