Great Experiences”
We spent 3 Nights in this Hotel, n every night is a good rest. Amenities are completed, if you like to get the room cleaned each day is available too. However, the food we plan to eat in the spare time are ruins , because we didn't get the cold fridge. We get the warm fridge. Breakfast is reviewing at morning time, Staffs are responsive, the variety of foods so many, with each pairing condiments are complete. Tv channel at rest time is almost full version, so I didn't missed my favorite channel and series before sleep. Room ac is cool and we get a spare card to put on a power slot. It is satisfying. Room city view is achieved, and it's light full at night. Big bed is also achieved. Thank you for All the Services, we definitely be back on our next vacation!! Recommended hotel to stay.

Aston is really value for money with so many great facilities like beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are clean, a lot of choices for breakfast and location is good. Only major let down is the lift, need to wait for long, while no bottled drinking water in the room, had to get from dispenser outside the room.

some complaints but all well settled. got the cake of the day from hotel management. room ac sounds like heavy rain and hotel management offers to upgrade the room. cooler in room broken and housekeeping immediately set the mini refridge . wifi problem within 3mnts settled. breakfast were just perfect with fresh juice bar.

Big, clean, and cozy room. Fast internet. Breakfast ok. Staff were great and friendly and very strict maintaining health protocol during this pandemic, especially staff in the restaurant. However we didn’t get temperature check by security staff when we checked in.

We use this as a transit hotel with Family to East Java. Overall is good for us. The point on several parts: Staff: 10 Cleanliness: 9 Price: 10 Location: 8 (There is heavy traffic from flyover) Pool: 6 (lots of water splashes from the kids around the pool)

All staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing Fancy about the building but everything is clean . The Hotel is Green Friendly, they dont serve mineral water plastic bottle in your room , the provide a jug so you can go to the dispenser in room alley. The Hotel close to Museum Batik Keris, and several food stall along the way. You can just walk around to have traditional javanese food like ayam goreng Tojoyo, Wedangan or Nasi liwet
