I came during peak season and have to wait until around 2.30 pm (more than 30 minutes waiting) since room was still under cleaning. Fortunately, my son can go to the pool while waiting. One cup was dirty with coffee stain. I asked room boy for cleaning the floor and extra towel for mat and he came so fast. Excellent service. Overall it was a nice experience in Aston. My input, during peak season perhaps you can manage the room set-up time by increasing your staff number, or else And perhaps one day you can expand your pool or equipped it with some child things facilities hehehe.
