Great stay, staff, owner, all good. Room wasnt the cleanliness but the price was cheap. could be a few more amenities like pool, outdoor shower etc.

Pay the extra 5 dollars to stay in the "upgraded" room, the one placed on Agoda under specials was pretty bare. They gave us towels but no top sheet. We had to use our sarongs. The air con is nice and the wood fired pizza is surprisingly good. The sports on television, quick wifi (for Bali) and cheap drinks were a pleasant surprise. The coffee is terrible, but nearby cafes are very good.

I left this hotel after 20 minutes there as it was not at all what I expected. It is not very nice or clean, not that that's a worry to me, it was about the standards of others I have stayed in, but there was no balcony for my room and therefore nowhere to sit except on the bed. and not much to do in the area if you are not a surfer, as i am not. there is a really great cafe called rock salt nearby and that was my saving grace. I would recommend staying here if you want something cheap and close to the beach in canggu, but echo beach is not a nice place to hang out, so only if you're a surfer.

Perfect location and lovely staff”
I had a nice stay at Jepun Bali Homestay. If you are interested in busy Seminayk, but you still want to have a calm homestay, then this place is it. For us this place was perfect, within walking distance down to famous Echo beach. We had some really nice surf days in Canggu beach (also very close). I actually do not have anything bad to say about this place. There is AC, your private outdoor hot shower. Did I forget to tell you about the pizza; they are amazing and big.

i only stayed one night as i had already booked other accomodation elsewhere. wifi was good and in the rooms at no extra charge. the down side was that appeared to be no common lounge room. there is an extensive lawned area however where the pizza oven and drinks can be purchased that has tables and chairs with umbrella tye covering. they had a burst plumbing pipe that meant the showers in the rooms didn't work and they apologised profusely. everybody had to a separate outside shower which for me was no big deal. they were desperately trying to get a plumber. the rooms were very clean and fairly new.

Overpriced, very basic rooms”
We were disappointed at the value this hotel provided for the price. The room smelled like mold and our first-story room faced a bamboo fence, at a distance of 2 feet from the end of the little, and non private terrace. No chairs on the terrace to sit outside and escape the moldy smell. However, the hotel is located at walking distance to the beach (about 8-10 minutes).
