Nice resort for children”

Among the 4 hotels we had stayed in Bali, Dynasty is definitely the most child-friendly one. The resort has 2 swimming pools and there is a wounderful water slide tube standing by one of the pool.My 9-year-old daughter loved it so much, and even my 3-year-old son played it with me once and once again! The resort located at the Kuta beach, although they do not have their private beach, but you can walk out their back door and go to the beach easily. It takes about 15 minutes walking to the central of Kuta, where you can visit some popular places such as the discovery mall, kind of close and convennient.And there are lots of restaurants you could find along the road. Bali Dynasty have nice staffs and they are always ready to give you a hand. The lady in the tour center office gave us lots of help in booking the boat to Lambogan, contacting with the local boat company and our next hotel. Overall, we feel comfortable when we stayed in Bali Dynasty. Only one mistake need to be mentioned, we booked airport picking up with the resort, but due to our fight's delay, we re-booked the service for one day later. But they missed our updated order and there was no one waiting for us.

My family & friends all stayed at the dynasty late September to help celebrate our Bali wedding! We honestly couldn't have chosen a better resort! The dynasty accommodated for everyones needs and went Above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and happy! The rooms at the dynasty where brilliant.. Spacious and clean! The breakfast - the best buffet breakfast I've ever had in bali! The pools are great!! With happy hour twice a day who could complain.. The queens of India is an amazing Indian restaurant out the front and they managed to cater a dinner for 65 of us to attend the night before the wedding! I would definantly reccommend the dynasty resort for groups and family's - you won't regret it! A big thank you to the Dynasty resort for making all my family & friends comfortable on their stay leading up to our wedding :) Amy & luke

Great resort especially if you have children”

PROS: Travelled with my husband and 2 kids 10 & 12. We really enjoyed the Bali Dynasty. The pools are great, the service is excellent. We ate at H20 every morning for buffet breakfast which was plentiful and offered a good variety of food. We also ate dinner one night at H20 for the Halloween dinner and it was excellent. The entertainment that night was also excellent. We also ate dinner one night at Grace Kellys Irish pub. Again the food and service was excellent. Our room was cleaned daily by Ali, who was so polite and made terrific towel origami. CONS: If you want a resort which backs onto the beach, the Dynasty does not offer this. It is only a short 20 metre walk out the back, but you cannot sit at the resort and look out to the ocean. In saying that, Kuta surf beach is only a 10 min walk along the beach front. I have no hesitation recommending this resort.

Luxury Beach Resort-recommended for family with kids”

We stayed only for a night in Bali Dynasty resort in Family room as we stayed for 3 nights in other hotel. After our one day stay we felt that we should have stayed 2 days in this resort. Pros: 1. Kids Club, Slides and water games/ Pool entertainment 2. Friendly Staff 3. Great Breakfast with veggie varieties 4. Indian restaurants very near to the resort 5. Hospitality lounge access/Concierge services 6. Cleanliness of the hotel and premises Cons: 1. Complimentary water bottle not given. Had to ask and get. 2. Room's interior can have perfume/fragrace room spray. 3. Fringe activities for kids cost money. Can be included as part of pkg like complimentary service. 4. Breakfast can have some indian variety food. 5. Door locks are old, gets stuck On the whole, we had a good stay and would like to return back.

Dynasty a must”

The Bali Dynasty has a great location walking distance to Centro Kuta Art Markets Water Bomb Park and many nice restaurants. It is a family hotel but also caters for the couples that stay there. The food at the Bali Dynasty is fantastic and great value , i would say it was the best food we ate there. It is a good idea offering room upgrade for a small price as you never know what a hotel is like until you get there. Over All we very much enjoyed our stay at the Bali Dynasty and would definitely come back.

Bali Dynasty Resort”

We have just stayed again at the Bali Dynasty Resort in South Kuta. We love this Resort for the comfort, friendly staff, great choice of restaurants, great pool facilities for couples & families, location is great with shopping malls, restaurants, water bomb park, beach, markets & so much more all within a short walk. Airport is also convienient short drive from hotel so you don't waste a lot of time in taxis getting to & from the airport to hotel. As returning guests it is lovely to be welcomed back with many staff remembering us by name. Food is always tasty & presentation of restaurants & staff immaculate.

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after by friendly efficient staff who really seemed to care about our Bali Dynasty experience. Even when they thought they were out of the public eye, they were smiling and laughing as though they really loved their jobs and this sentiment came through in the level of service they provided and the concern they showed for our wellbeing and happiness. I would thoroughly recommend Bali Dynasty to anyone considering a trip to Bali. Well located and within easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops and services, the address was ideal for anyone wanting to share the local experience. Not that you had to, because the Bali Dynasty has on-site all the facilities one could want, with fine dining at a number of restaurants, excellent room service and full buffet breakfast as well as swimming pools, a gymnasium and activities for the kids and the not-so-young. If you wanted it, it was all there. A wonderful holiday thanks in part to your great people.

Dynasty review - March 2015”

The Bali Dynasty Resort really exceeded our expectations. The family rooms with kids bunks were great, and comparatively to other hotels with similar rooms, were really inexpensive. The kids club, specific kids pool with slides were a huge hit. We were a little worried that we'd be kept up with music and noise from the pub (we were right next door), but were pleasantly surprised. Awesome hotel for families with young kids, great location (not hassled excessively when you walk down the street) and the staff were fabulous. Room service menu was probably the only thing that let the hotel down, but even then, the food was good...the actual menu and descriptions were more of the source of the problem.

Great for families-Average for couples”

Overall enjoyed staying at the Dynasty. For families with young children it has to be the place to stay. For couples maybe a little too noisey especially if you enjoy dancing the night away in Legion club land then sleeping late the following morning. Children do wake up rather early ;-) The doors on the rooms need to have oil dampers fitted in my opinion so that they close slowly and quietly. Currently you will be regularly disturbed as you hear them slam shut. Internet I feel should also be complimentary for guests statying a week or more. $5 a day seems to be penny pinching in this day and age of essential connections. The staff were really very friendly and I don't think you could ask for more in that department. One note of warning to first time visitors to Bali but this has nothing to do with the Hotel. The taxis are rip off merchants so make sure you insist they use the meter. Example the day we first arrived the taxi cost us 150k Rp $12 approx from the airport to the Dynasty 2k distance because we were naive. A week later and a lot wiser same short trip cost 20k Rp or $1.60. Be warned. So in conclusion I would recommend the Bali Dynasty Resort for families with kids or couples who love kids or get up at regular hours LOL. After saying that and jokes apart would actually stay there again as the pros certainly outweighed the cons. A good Hotel.

Great stay at the Bali Dynasty....one again”

we recently stayed at the bali dynasty for 4 nights on our family holiday. this is the second stay here and we will without doubt return again. accomodation was neat and tidy, we had a family room with a garden view/access, the private garden was perfect for our 6 yo son and 2 yo daughter to stretch their legs when we were in the room. the kid friendly facilities waterslides and waterplay zone are also a real bonus and made keeping the kids entertained a breeze. the friendly staff and general relaxed atmosphere of the hotel was truly exceptional. staff were always smiling and polite. both of our children have food allergys and the kitchen staff made a special batch of gluten and dairy free pankakes each monining for them. we found the food at h2o to be good standard and value comparitable to other "western" venues around sth kuta. thanks again to the staff at the dynasty for a great stay, we wil be back.

Review of Bali Dynasty Hotel”

The Bali Dynasty is an attractive, comfortable and clean hotel in easy walking distance of central Kuta. Also close by is a very nice modern shopping complex. The hotel has a very plush reception and bar area and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and they are spacious with all amenities. Each room has a nice balcony with chairs and a table, overlooking an attractive garden with water features. Breakfast was very good, buffet style but for Bali a little expensive. There is also an Irish pub which is part of the complex. We spent a very pleasant evening there where we ate and listened to a band.

Super Holiday”

My family and I stayed at Bali Dynasty Resort from 11/12 -13/12/09. We had a wonderful time. Every one at the Resort was friendly, inclusive of the Housekeeping staff. The Resort is well situated and walking distance to the market place. We had requested for Hotel transfer to and from the Resort and it was well arranged. In all we enjoyed dining at the Hotel, fantastic music and the rooms are all well maintained

Beautiful hotel at an affordable price!”

i've been to bali 4 times and this time was the most enjoyable. i think this was largely due to the fact that we stayed at the dynasty resort. we would come and go and do all the activities bali has to offer, but coming back to a comfortable, quality fresh resort just topped it off! amazing pool areas and swimup bar! beautiful resteraunts (chinese, indian) friendly staff, convenient mini mart right in the hotel. bali safari pick up point right there at lobby of hotel!

Loved loved loved the Dynasty!”

Loved the dynasty, I read all the reviews and booked. From when we arrived they made us welcome and the staff were so friendly. I loved the Dinner theme nights each night at the H2O such as Balinese dinner with traditional dancing., Mexican dinner nigh and the Good old Aussie BBQ night too. Heeps of activities for the kids in the kids club, the lady's are so caring and accomodate all the children's needs, you never need to leave the resort if you choose as the food is good with heeps to do for the adults too. Very nice gardens with a lovely fish pond with ducks, the grounds are well kept. Don't bother looking for another place to stay if you have children it's a no brainer to stay at the Dynasty. Close to shopping and a short walk to Water bomb park. The only problem I had was with the WiFi, it wasn't very good as I had to keep logging on every hour or so, but no big deal! It was free in the public areas but had to pay extra if you want to use it in the rooms. Breakfast each morning was great with heeps to choose from.

Welcoming property with the only Irish pub in Bali”

we booked bali dynasty resort to get us some change of scenery from our long stay at a beach front resort on nusa dua. the start of the stay was not a positive one as the airport pickup we had requested never showed up at the airport, or did not meet us if it had shown up. so we had to rent an expensive taxi because of the heavy rains that time. but once we reached the resort, everything was smooth and welcoming. the front desk apologized for the pickup, gave us an already arranged pool view room. we were surprised to see a dvd player in the room, never a standard feature of a room. the swimming pool is nice, and we loved the bar by the pool. the breakfast (included in our package) offered good variety everyday. the best feature of the resort was the irish pub downstairs - with live music! the location of the hotel is in the crowded kuta region. but we wanted to see that location because of all the small shops and restaurants in the vicinity. this is the place to be in if you want to enjoy night life in bali. all in all, we'd love to visit it again.

Great Family Resort”

Travelling with my 10 year old son, I was anxious about the responsibility of travelling as a single parent and finding a resort which he would find entertaining. Bali Dynasty well and truly exceeded my expectations. He loved the pools, including the water slide and water-park. I was delighted by the room (garden view) - clean and modern bathroom, comfortable beds, well appointed. Staff were great, restaurants were good value, the location was close to shopping, dining and entertainment. As my son said - "Better than some very expensive resorts we have stayed at previously in Bali!" Will certainly return.

Great for families”

Bali Dynasty is a great place to stay. it is just far enough for Kuta so you are not too near the action but close enought to walk to the shopping hub. It has three pools, so you can keep the kids entertained and have a place that is free of kids for some time out. The rooms are a good size with room to move around. We had two rooms next to each other an shared the care of a 3 year old. We all had a great stay and would recomend the Dynasty to families for its location, rooms, cost of food and drinks and friendly staff.

stayed at the bali dynasty resort many times and will definately go back its my favourite hotel in bali, the staff are friendly and restaurants great, we just love gracie kelly the irish pub in the hotel complex and always look forward to listening to the rice brothers. the rooms are comfortable and modern and we like to stay in the pool view rooms so close to the pool bar which has two happy hours daily.

Family Holiday”

The Bali Dynasty resort is very nice hotel, it has great facilites and the rooms are modern. I had stayed at the hotel over 20 years ago and it is good to see the hotel is in excellent condition and has been maintined to a high standard, I assume some refurbishment has occurred during the time of my last stay and this recent stay. The only comment would be, as with many hotels, is the cost of food in the restaurants.

An absolutely wonderful resort. I have stayed at the Bali Dynasty many times over the last 24 years and always a great experience. On this occasion I had a serious accident and they treated me as one of their family. Thanks to Yuni and all the staff and management for their help, kindness and genuine care, it was greatly appreciated. For anyone going to Bali if you want to stay at a great resort with people who really care it is the Bali Dynasty!!
