Exceptional”
By far the best in customer service. Did not regret booking this hotel for our group. I booked 20 rooms and everybody was agreeable that Ascott is great. From the aircon., to the size of the units., to cleanliness, and to the attention of the staff. Location is great as well. When I checked out., I remembered my son left his rainjacket in one of the cabinets., I called Ascott a few hours after and was surprised that they kept the jacket and immediately adviced me that they have it with them. Very honest and pleasant staff. Love love Ascott. Will definitely stay here again with our whole group.

Birthday weekend ”
We stayed here overnight to celebrate tha birthday of my twins. We enjoyed the birthday cake they gave for them, i think it’s Blueberry Cheesecake it’s super yummy! The room is clean. The staff are friendly. I suggest to add more selection to the breakfast buffet, other than that everything is great.😊

Clean, comfortable and lovely in a great location”
Spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Studio. Rooms are equipped with fully functioning kitchenette, which was something new for me. Impeccably cleaned and very comfortable big bed. Room was equipped with tub ánd shower and all amenities. Breakfast was alright, toasts and a made-to-order egg station. And let's not forget the great service in this hotel: every staff member goes the extra mile to help a guest, really good service. If I must split hairs: the refrigerator makes a loud humming noise which could get on one's nerves. It did not have an apparent silent mode. The pool area is a little drab, could use some better furnishing. The breakfast buffet is a strange combination of Eastern and Western options, I was missing things like hash browns and proper sausages, but also rice porridge or fried dough sticks. But again: splitting hairs. General experience was excellent.

Renovation staycation ”
We had some renovations done in our residence and opted to try out the Ascott for a few days; official booking was only for 2 nights but we ended up extending for a total of 5. Location is perfect as everythings a stones throw away in BGC, the staff was awesome and the service condo was clean and comfortable. During our first two nights we were facing the Manila Private House Dining and there was a group of maybe 12 people celebrating a birthday and even with us being so high up and with the thick windows it was next to impossible to sleep. Fortunately on the second night they moved us on an even higher floor and facing the opposite side.

The place is clean and very spacious, Pet-friendly too. Location is very convenient. Staff are friendly. However, a couple of items we disliked are the breakfat buffet is pricey with few options and the telephone is not working as expected. Overall, our stay has been great!

Booked a room at Ascott BGC and definitely got more than I expected! You get more than what you need just in the room itself: washer dryer, induction stove, bath tub, plates and utensils; definitely great for a staycation/long duration travel. They gym, pool, and bar locations are also great, plus there’s even little work cubicles in the lobby just in case you need a place to get some work done out of the way. My two favorite things about our stay is how everything BGC has to offer is within walking distance (high street, fort strip, etc) and also how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Definitely will book with Ascott again in the future!

Why Did We Not Stay Here Before”
Ascott BGC's location is gold! Located right beside One Bonifacio Highstreet mall, you're right in the middle of almost everything. They have a regular fridge, washer, dryer and cooking essentials in the room. We also enjoyed the massage offered by their in-house spa. Will definitely stay here again!

Ascott is home away from home. My kids loved it and so did we. we loved that many amenities were available to us which were not available in other hotels, especially for the kids. I love that the staff were kind to my kids and that the location was perfect and so close to bonifacio high street.

Service was excellent from parking reception to check out. Check in was a breeze and we were welcomed with dark chocolate covered rice crisps. The 1bedroom room executive we stayed in is large and fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen and cookwares, even breadtoaster and hotpot. There's also a washer-dryer, and the detergent and dishwashing liquid were thoughtfully provided. The nespresso machine was an excellent upgrade from the usual coffee mini bar. Room service dining options are limited but convenient, well-prepared and are value for money. The street across is usually closed on weekends to make room for pop-up market and activity area for kids. The hotel is only a block away from highstreet and malls.

The check in procedure was fast. The counter staff who assisted me explained everything bout the hotel services succintly. The rooms assigned to me and my friends have a great view of BGC. The best part of our stay is the bed - the one in my room is comfortably soft while the linens smelled so fresh.

I like travelling solo, and i stay at a lot of Hotels, being an architect i'm pretty selective. Unlike other Hotels - Service is fantastic, you never have to dial twice for queries or room service. And the staff - resto, front desk, utilities - have ready authentic smiles always ready to assist. Hygiene and Cleanliness is spot on. Executive studio is cavernous and so well appointed. Room and Bath smells divine. And Get this! - you have your own Water Dispenser. Location is superb - walking distance to Boni High Street. Breakfast on order tastes opulent - american breakfast combo with apple & yoghurt. Free Valet Service, now that's spoiling me. One complaint though, elevator buttons are so hard to read. I will definitely come back.

Our stay was great. The facilities were clean and health protocols were in place and implemented properly. But the staff service was superb. Everyone was courteous and all our concerns were promptly addressed. The area was also adjacent to many restaurants and establishments which contributed greatly to convenience. Hotel was fully booked but we never felt crowded as protocols were strictly implemented
