Overall I'll be give 7.8 out of 10. The staff is very good, helpful and also nice :) The room is so clean. Have a good room choice. Goog price. Have a good route from everyehere. Easy access. However, the remote tv is broken. The tv is lame and water is slow. Heatter is not working as well. If you are dont mind about this. It is cool place 😁😁

A Good place to stay with low budget”
The location of the hotel is in housing complex, but, easy to find and also easy access to main street. Bedroom and bathroom is clean. Don't expect to much on the room since the size is small and they don't provide electric kettle, but you can go to the dining area to get, hot/cold water from eater dispenser. They provide breakfast but very standard menu and the taste of food should be improved. Only the toast I can accept during my stay. But, the price of this hotel is worth it. The receptionist told me that this hotel usually booked by group tour, so that they only have 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. The other room is standard room. The hotel don't have elevator, so better to get room in the 1st floor.

It's a clean & comfy budget hotel. However, Sound proof inside the room is poor & there is no lift. so you have to carry your own luggage up the stairs as there is no porter service. Breakfast has very little varieties, but the food taste good.

They put me in 3th floor, no lift in the hotel. In the bad room washtap didn't work, the water can go in to the drain. I'm not happy staying at Asana hotel. B'fast is very limited chooses.

We request the large bed when we book the room, but the staff said that no special request for large bed. And the towel is not ready (staff said that the towel still in vendor) After we complain, they give us the room with the large bed and suddenly the towel is ready

Introduced by a friend about a place you could stay and feel relax after awesome day traveling around fabulous city. This place will not let you down, such a nice service given by its associate, an adequate room and an extra mile effort will blow you away apart from its star whatsoever. One thing that made us surprised was a free in room breakfast due to the restaurant closed for some reason. Located in the heart of city, you could easily reach malioboro street, amazing royal palace, taman sari water kingdom and many more historical sites or plaza ambarukmo as biggest and oldest mall in town. Should you need a tour to outskirt of city for temple pilgrim or just enjoy them, they will find you the best car with the driver and awesome value. We spent less than $45 for 12 hours ride. The GM, Mr. Seno and team did not even bother to lend us his motorcycle for short city ride while we are waiting our flight. I would recommend this hotel to those who look for a good value of money, an enough space for you and your lugagges and good wifi connection without demanding for fancy room lay out, wide spread of breakfast or expensive orchid facilities. Surely, we will come back to this hotel whenever we visit yogyakarta. Thank you grove express.....

Great Vast Room, but Breakfast not Variative”
We love the vastness of the room. It's so spacious and the king bed is so comfortable and huge. It's the most comfortable room we had after hotel hopping for the last 6 months in 4 cities (Jayapura, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta). The downside is the location, because it's not a very touristy area in Timoho and it's in a cul de sac so it can be challenging to find the hotel, but this can also be a plus point if you're looking for a quiet area to stay. I'm not really satisfied with the variety of the breakfast. No option for international breakfast of bread made me a bit grumpy in the morning. But my partner was happy with the Indonesian option, so I guess it's just a matter of preferences.

It was a pleasant to stay at The Grove Express Timoho. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit away from the city center. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable, although it’s a little cramped. Breakfast is very basic. Bottled water and wifi are provided in the room. The one that is lacking in this hotel is the elevator; thus, if you are taking elders to stay here, consider choosing a room on the ground floor. I would say this hotel is underrated as a two-star hotel. Highly recommended as a great budget hotel!
