honestly there is no words to describe the level of professionalism and kindness, and amazing service from Adrienne. she was warm, accommodating and provided with all my needs and then some. she was tremendous, and made my vegas trip unforgettable. as for the suite, it was world class. the hotel is absolutely stunning and loved every minute of my stay. hope to come back again, thank so much.

Great glitzy vast Las Vegas hotel. Great double room - clean and well equipped. Main complaint is the smoke in the Casino - foul smoky air - otherwise all was terrific.

Nice big clean rooms. Good size bathrooms with robes provided. Nice room automation controls on a tablet like device to open/close drapes, operate lights and even the tv. Minor thing i didn’t like was that there’s no fridge to store drinks. Only has mini bar fridge that you can’t use.

I would give 3 star for cleanliness and 5 star for room with view.. Room has a very good view but room has not completely cleaned. Stain on towel. Found leftover used mask from previous guests. Some dust on mirror. Staff is friendly and professional

We stayed in a king room with a strip view, I was expecting to see part of the Bellagio fountain and strip as the photo had shown. That was not the case, instead we faced MGM grand on the 16th floor which wasn’t as impressive. The bed and bedding was honestly the best part. The tub wasn’t very deep or long for two people like the cosmopolitan room was and there’s no fan in the bathroom for steam from the shower. The only fridge is the mini bar fridge so we couldn’t keep the bottle of wine we bought cold and no safe for our valuables. The 3 pools and hot tubs were nice on the second floor. The Uber pick up was in another building and when we asked security for directions at the taxi area, he sent us in the wrong direction causing us to get dropped by the Uber driver, late for dinner to where to kitchen was closed by the time we got another to momofuko. Overall it could’ve been better.
