Aquarius Hotel & Urban Resort”
I am staying at the Hotel right now. The rooms is comfortable, the bed is good, the shower is good. The pool on the top is amazing. I love the Canape menu where you get to choose from a selection of different canapes. Breakfast could improve a little bit, a nice coffee machine would be good, a better selection of bread. Location wise I am walking distance to the Royal Palace. A colleague recommended this hotel, I would also recommend it to others. The wifi is good.

Room is clean with fridge and good amenity. Hot shower, clean towels and bed sheets. Breakfast is delicious, Salla restaurant is very good food. Pool is nice on rooftop but a bit small. Overall is perfect

The pool was everything I had hoped for and more. It was a bit chilly late in the day with a breeze but still bearable and a great place to enjoy the sunset. They set up for evening dinners poolside at 5:30 so some of the lounge area is taken away, but you can still swim until 10pm. The breakfast was extensive with buffet selection and a la carte choices included. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and decent size. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We booked a standard double which was non-refundable and when we got closer to the date a superior became available for the same price so I called the front desk and they upgraded us for 2 of our 3 nights. Both rooms were nice. The superior had a balcony, where the standard did not. Otherwise they were fairly similar. The location seemed far away from things on the map but was pretty easy to walk or PassApp wherever we needed to go.

Our stay was awesome. 2 hours before we checked in I emailed the hotel asking if they could organise a surprise in the room for my girlfriends birthday and when we arrived the staff had organized a personalized birthday cake waiting in our room for us at no charge! Amazing service and very friendly staff, rooms and faculties were great, would definitely recommend!

I have stayed at Aquarius a coyote of times now. I go to Phnom Penh for work and Aquarius is a home away from home. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The pool is a delight. The rooms aren't huge but have everything you need. Breakfast is included and you can order omelette, bacon & eggs etc. The location is waking distance to the royal palace and the independence monument.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and every time we have very much enjoyed our stay. The room is big and clean with nice views from our balcony. The staff are always very friendly and professional. They have a very nice restaurant, bar and rooftop pool with amazing views over Phnom Penh.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we booked was actually spacious. The pool and sky bar were awesome! Some advice for the hotel: 1. Please remember to check if shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are all filled up. No shampoo in our bathroom...previous guests have run out of it obviously. 2. Breakfast was in the sky bar on the 9th floor. It was chilly in the morning and food was cold because of that. Breakfast would have been much more delicious if the hotel had prepared anything to keep the food hot.

I liked everything about this hotel but the one thing that really stood out for me was the staff. I came across 7 or 8 staff members during my stay, from reception staff to restaurant staff to chambermaids, and without exception they were always friendly and smiling and helpful.

Extremely clean, great location, bedside banner and breakfast could be better”
On balance, this hotel is excellent. The rooms are spotless, the building as a whole has a very cool design, and the location near Independence Monument is very convenient. With that being said, primary areas for improvement would be 1) the "Arkun Chraen" អរគុណច្រើន banner above the bed. Not only does this not match the rest of the room design, it also makes it so that I can't sit up on the bed and lean against the wall to do work; the banner forces me to strain my neck and not be comfortable. I think this was supposed to be a creative idea, but it backfired. 2) The complimentary breakfast - aware that COVID-19 causes limitations, but breakfast is generally meh. For coffee, there is only the cheap pots of coffee; nicer coffee costs $$$. Food generally mediocre; would expect more from a hotel this level. I know that I'm being picky here, but otherwise, this hotel is generally excellent, and you will enjoy your stay.
