Cheerful, spacious and tasteful ambiance ”
We enjoyed our stay again in Aquarius. It's only short walk away from the beach and the breakfast is provided in a relaxing cafe/bakery right on the beach. The short walk was not an issue for us. The rooms are very spacious and decorated with colourful artwork, matching textiles and feature walls. Also they are furnished with nice, mainly wooden pieces of furniture. All rooms have a balcony. It was good to have a swimming pool in the hotel, too as the sea at low tide is not really suitable for swimming. We found the staff helpful any time we approached them. There is one issue the hotel staff need to address urgently. There many mosquitos around the garden and if we leave the doors open for fresh air, they come inside and it is unbearable to stay in the rooms.

Clean,comfortable and affordable”
We loved our stay at Aquarius Beach Hotel,short walk to the beach and markets and affordable.Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.Only negative for us was the seating was uncomfortable as we both have back problems,this would be easily solved with two armchairs.Would stay again.

Good for a short stay”
I stayed here with my family for the last night of our vacation in Bali. The hotel is located just two minutes from the beach and they partner with a cafe there for breakfast, which we thought was okay. Though our stay was brief, it was more than sufficient. The room was large enough for the three of us and fairly clean. The beds lacked blankets though and the bathroom only had the bare minimum (just towels and soap, no shampoo, toothbrush, etc). The doors we got on the second floor were sliding glass doors, while aesthetically pleasing, aren't the most secure. The friendly staff on the other hand gladly assisted us with the hotel safe as well as airport transportation. Overall, we were happy with our stay but considering the present conditions of the beach, wouldn't come back to Sanur.

Fantastic location and staff”
Fantastic. This was our third stay and we were as thrilled as on pervious trips. The staff are friendly and happy. The pool is very clean and a great size. Being a small complex of 16 rooms it is quiet and very relaxing. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Nbreakfast included at Luhtus, the most lovely cafe in sanur, staff and owners are treasures, coffee and food delicious. Also Ayu spa is behind the cafe, and again great, staff are the best and so clean and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you mahendra, Liliana, Ky, Ayu and made. Koming and Wedi and all the staff. 😊

Nice 3 star hotel ”
Aquarius is a nice 3 star small 16 room hotel. Approximately 150 metres from the beach where you can enjoy a lovely walk for km's. Breakfast voucher is provided for Luthu's cafe and the food there is excellent. Coffee is the best in Bali and all bread's & cakes are made and baked on site. Very relaxing holiday here. The rooms are quite large with 8 rooms on the bottom and 8 directly on top. All have balcony/patio where you can sit and enjoy a drink or read a book o surf the internet. Wifi is free.

Great, good value hotel”
This a very good medium priced hotel, just minutes from the beach (no, it's not ON the beach). The rooms are spacious with king sized beds - we were on the first floor. The pool is mid sized and very clean. The stuff are very helpful and pleasant. Take the 'breakfast included' option, as this gives daily breakfast at Luhtu's Cafe right on the beach, and who have a great selections of Indonesia and American breakfast s.

Little Jen of a hotel”
This hotel is in a great location two minutes to beach and main Street. Great breakfast is included at Luttus cafe on the beach front. The staff are very friendly and are quick to act on any issues that you may have. The pool is nice and clean but it wouldn't be suitable for family's with small children due to the sharp drop from shallow to deep and the also the amount of steps leading up to upper deck area. Sun beds and umberellas provide a comfatable lounging area and there's an under cover seating area for those who prefer shade. The bedrooms are very big as are the shower rooms and you have access to private balconys/patios on all levels. For the price this hotels standards are well above the 2* that it is rated. We had a great stay and will return we also recommended it too friends who also had a good time and said they would return again. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay pleasent. Value for money ”
Room was clean and staff wonderful. Unfortunately water pressure in taps were very bad and water would go from hot to cold. The shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time you showered making the floor very slippery. I did mention this to the staff but nothing was done about it. Nice swimming pool and very quiet resort. Hotel is located close to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Great little place”
Gem of an hotel, in an ideal location 2 minutes to beach. Rooms are huge with four poster beds and seating area. Bathrooms are good size could do with a revamp but clean. Pool and seating area with shades is good but a few more beds would be good on high season. Staff are lovely very helpful.

Great Location ”
My husband and I only stayed 1 night however would recommend hotel and location. Close to beach and close to some great restaurants. Breakfast served offsite on beach only a few minutes away. Pool very refreshing however only a ladder so may not suit everyone.

Great stay with just 2 min away from the beach!!!”
We stayed here for just 1 night. The room is very large and is nicely done -- modern and minimalist(just like how its in the pictures)! The bed was super comfortable and the cot was of Javanese architecture with the curtains and everything. The shower had good water pressure too. The best part about the hotel was its location.Its just 2 minutes away from the beach and there are tons of god restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the beach side Luhtus cafe was simple and delicious!! The only flip side was the bathroom had some kind of smell , guess its a problem with the plumbing, but if you keep the exhaust fan on for few min , it goes away. Overall we had a fantastic stay!!

IDEAL LOCATION WITH BREAKFAST ON THE BEACH”
The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and well presented with garden views through glass sliding doors in our rooms The pool and relaxation area were well equipped with pool table and lay down beds and drinks available The bonus was breakfast was available at a delightful Cafe right on the beach where the English and American breakfasts were delicious Would definitely stay here again Trevor Lambert

Stayed one night on the way to another location. In a good location minutes from the beach. A good Aussie type restaurant / bar across the road as the Aquarius doesnt do food, they have an arrangement with Luhtus on the beach for breakfast. Minutes from the main strip for your morning walk

Excellent”
The hotel is not on the beach but close enough and the breakfast is in a relaxing beachside cafe with good value menu and nice staff. The rooms are spacious an tastefully designed. A nice outdoor area or balcony is attached to all rooms overlooking the small but nice garden.

Perfect Position”
Fabulous location a 2 minute walk to the beach with the best choice of restaurants and cafes. Very spacious rooms. The staff were nice but their English wasn't brilliant. We booked for 4 nights and then extended for 4 but when we went to move upstairs as arranged they had not booked us in and were fully booked. I enquired about it on a couple of occasions and just got blank stares.
