Where to stay in Anjuna
Anjuna hotels & accommodations
first the good stuff. Staff are fantastic , very very helpful and it is very clean, beds comfortable. Location is ok. It is more of a motel with a small pool and eating area. It is a dry hotel - not mentioned anywhere though you can bring alcohol in and a supermarket is near by. It needs to improve the smaller details. Wardrobe had two hangers, asked for more got anot...
This quaint Resort is nestled in the much publicized town of Anjuna. The approach to the resort is marked by tropical rustic landscapes and has it own old worldly charm. The architecture is very vernacular and has its inspiration drawn from the Goan Portuguese homes. It could be very well called an eco resort, with its series of stone cottages linked together rather wh...
wonderful experience, well located near the Vagator beach. Clean and rooms are quite spacious. Well maintained swimming pool. The surrounding is pleasing, giving refreshing feeling. All transport facility available. The staff at hotel very prompt in service. Restaurant of the hotel is equally good, providing a variety of food articles keeping in mind every body require...
After a month of traveling in India, I can comfortably say this is the worst hotel I have stayed at and was heightened by the awful staff - a few points to note: 1) Duvet was blood (?) stained - hotel response was "that's not blood"... 2) No hot water in the shower 3) AC did not work 4) Bar staff was rude (they demanded immediate payment for my dinner before serving a...
we only stayed one night as we were passing through anjuna. i found the tamarind to be very clean and spacious with a large tv in the room and good room service. the hotel offers a chaffeaur service at a very reasonable price. if we had more time we would have happily stayed longer. the restaurant serves great indian and western food.
Casa Anjuna, in quieter , leafier Anjuna, North Goa, is a converted Portuguese mansion, packed with character and charm. It is open and full of gorgeous spots to sit, making it ideal in the rainy season for sitting and drinking marsala chai or a gin and tonic and watching rain fall on the lush garden setting. Most rooms feature four poster beds and antique furniture an...
A good budget hotel near to anjuna beach (about 1 km away). Peaceful located in nature. Room walls are thin, can hear next door noise. Thankfully room next to us was not booked. Internet(4G) and mobile network connectivity is weak in the property. The owner (Sumit) is friendly and helpful. We were two guys, friend had stayed here before so recommended to stay again. Ger...
Great resort. Felt like a sanctuary away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Goa. Owner operated and we'll run. Staff smiling, friendly and so helpful. Facilites were well presented and in great condition. Room was generous with great ensuite. Gardens were well maintained . Pool was great and staff supplied clean towels and lounges to relax on. Restaurant was am...
The best part here is that all the rooms face the pool. The set up is such that there is a pool in the center and all the rooms surrounding it. The restaurant is quite good. They make everything fresh. I am pure veg and they use to customize my order the way I want. I also ordered Jain food couple of times. Its equidistant to Anjuna and Vagator beach. The later one b...
Anjuna Beach Resort.... this resort is a very chilled out setup in anjuna with a very rejuvenating and laid-back vibe to it... The rooms are well maintained and clean with all the comfort one would want in a room.... The resort has a pool which is the main attraction anyone would want in a resort particularly. Staff at the resort is extremely helpful and friendly wit...
Its is a little paradise but there where rave parties of the drug mafia on the left side of the beach until 9.30 in the morning so no sleep no rest people are very nice at 55 sad that all hosts are suffering of this stupid arrogance of the other place
Although the rooms at the Country Club de Goa feel a bit too much like a government-run hotel, the common areas and grounds; landscaping around the pool, the pool itself, and the restaurant made this stay well worth it and an excellent value. The breakfast included with the rate was an endless buffet, and excellent, consisting of table service through many courses and ...
To my experience Pebbles Guesthouse at Anjuna is by far the best place to stay at while you're in Anjuna, Goa. The rooms are amazing, spacious, decent and clean, rooms are with The best part is that rooms are with a balcony which overlooks the property garden and other fields. One can sit and relax and enjoy the view, many birds could be seen from balcony, if you are l...
Myself and a friend stayed for 4 nights in Hotel Opus whilst travelling in India. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has spacious rooms with great facilities and the hotel restaurant has nice food and cocktails. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away and a clean although slightly small pool on the roof of the hotel wh...
I spent a long time trying to find the perfect place in anjuna. I was a bit worried about booking this place as it wasn't on trip adviser. However it was a lovely stay, particularly after two weeks of travelling in crazy north India. This place was a collection of wooden beach huts. Ours had a comfortable bed, ac, warm shower. And nice sea view from the veranda. The pl...
Very nice hostel with a super helpful owner. If you need anything, just ask him and he'll try his best to help you. The hostel has a nice kitchen (soon two!), which you can use to cook your own food (or pay a few Rupees and let one of the cooks cook for you). The location is a little outside which means there is not a lot noise (but also that you either have to walk ...
Friendly staff but sometimes weren't around when needed & no one answered the phone. Lots of power cuts but not hotels fault. Bathroom could be a lot cleaner/re-paint? But shower was good & we had hot water & toiletries. Bed very comfy & decent size room. Sky tv is great. Complimentary tea & coffee too. Breakfast included was just average, only egg & toast- one day the...
Location is a great base to see Anjuna, Baga, Calangute and pretty much all there is to see in North Goa. A lovely quiet hotel with air conditioned rooms and helpful, friendly staff. We had room one which is right next to the pool, as it's so quiet it was like having our own private pool! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
This guest house is perfect! The room is really big, clean, there are towels, toilet paper, etc. Janet, the owner, is so nice and always there to help. Close to Anjuna beach and Vagator beach (5 min scooter). This Is the best place in Anjuna if you are looking for a nice room with a hammock. My favorite place in India after 5 weeks!!
I visited this hotel in the first week of October. Its a beautiful property. Its 10 mins walk from the anjuna beach. Yet its not in the midst of crowded areas. The room service is fantastic. Also do not forget to try out the restaurant of the hotel. It holds a small menu but the food quality/quantity is very good. We ended up eating in the hotel most nights.
great place to stay if you are looking out for a nice clean place to stay. conveniently located near anjuna beach with enough private parking space and great food.
I had a pleasant stay at the Evershine Guesthouse. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is within walking distance to whatever there is to see in Anjuna. Friendly and helpful staff and good internet connection. The only downside i found was that there is no dining facilities in the guesthouse and no fridge in the room, so one had to go out for all meals...
Starco accomodation is great value for money. Comfortable accomodation, big room, AC, fridge, watter heater... A bit old furniture thou. You need to rent a scooter (4€ a day) to travel around. Flea matket is close, Artjuna restaurant is great etc., but you will need a bike. Owner Marianne was very nice,. Whatever we asked for, we got.
better option for staying with friends.
We had an easy check in, the stuff helped us to bring our luggage to the clean room. The area is a few minutes from the beach/ shopping street. Warm water was all the time available, it just need two minutes. We get a room with AC and cooler for less than 700Rs per night in december. I would choose it again.
we stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary trip and we really liked it. the hotel is actually value for money, the staff is helpful, rooms are decent size and neat. the main attraction is the daily buffet breakfast which we never missed and the pool. this hotel is near the german bakery, anjuna beach and the anjuna night market. although the hotel is a little ...
Great hotel, I like the lay out a lot. Nice deep swimming pool for a good swim too. FOod is brilliant, really nice and the waiters there are wonderful guys. Great location and you can get taxis and rent mopeds from right outside. Excellent hotel, would recommend to anyone. Also they have an ayurvedic centre there for yoga and massage, very good :)
A really nice hotel set in lovely gardens away from the hustle and bustle of Anjuna. The decor is very quirky but fascinating with lots of antiques and the rooms are all themed - we had the Vietnam Room. Food is good, especially for Anjuna which generally poor and served in either the garden or a small restaurant near the bar. Breakfast is a little basic and could be...
Unforgettable experience during our Goa trip. We will definitely recommend everyone this hotel. Excellent service, clean and neat room. The care taker helped us and gave us the best location rooms and guided us to make our trip the best. Thanks a lot to all the staff members for making our trip memorable. I would rake the hotel as one of the best in Anjuna Vagator loc...
Nice accommodation right on the each and right next to our favourite place, Curlies. We knew when we booked it was new but didn’t realise it was still being built (not just for the season but from new), which was a shame. It was covered in scaffolding as they were still building the floor above us, this also meant we were woken by loud banging in the mornings and there...
Cheap places to stay in Anjuna
place is exactly what you would want in a backpacker dorm. booked one night stayed two, would of stayed longer but time is short.. thanks for everything
Clean, kitchen where you can cook, clean bathroom with hot water, wonderful staff, cosy place, bar, good cheap laundry service, and close to beach, shops and restaurants. I would recommend choosing the 8bed or 6bed options.

the hostel had the most friendly people
The staff is the highlight of my stay, doing everything they can to ensure a pleasant experience. And they were successful. Great food cooked daily, and the guests were just lovely. Definitely recommend this place if u want to stay near anjuna beach

What a beautiful place to be in Goa! Located on d beautiful Anjuna beach. It's location makes it all the more special. Anjuna beach itself is comparatively less crowded than the other beaches. Our cottage was one of the wooden cottages just 100metres from the beach. The restaurant at the cottage allows a 24 hour view of the beach. Staff is polite and helpful. Commuting...

This is a lovely little guesthouse away from the not so nice aspects of Anjuna beach. There are lots of dogs and cats at the property, which I loved. The guesthouse is surrounded by gardens and it’s very quiet and lush. The breakfast was really nice and overall I enjoyed my stay!

Our stay at Granpa's was amazing - so amazing that we ended up extending our stay! The building and landscape are beautiful.
