The only downside is the lifts, try to get room on 1st floor otherwise you will find yourself waiting for lifts all the time as the hotel is very busy

Don't expect much, it's an old hotel, build just after the earthquake I think, so it really needs an update. There were newer build rooms also, but the room we've stayed in was terible and crying for a clean up. They clean the room every day, but all u get is a floor wipe and they do your bed. Nothing else... We only had breakfast which was good, not a lot of choice though, but the omlette and coffee were great. You get beach towels for a 100MAD deposit. Be careful that you must print out your boarding pass for Agadir airport. When we asked the hotel to print out ours - they said the printer was not working, but they were able to print out the hotel invoice for us, so the printer was working (!) but still we had to print our boarding passes elsewhere. There are shops which can print out for you, just ask around.
Checking-in was a nightmare. They made us wait an extra hour (until 4pm) in the lobby to get our room. They also gave us the wrong room (way smaller than what we payed for). When we went to reception to tell them that there is a mistake, they told us they said that the room we booked was sold out and they suggested to add another bed in that small room. As if there was space… Most importantly, the safe box in the room gets locked and unlocked using the room key. Meaning ZERO security as the cleaning ladies also have access to the room keys. There was very little variety of food, and you have to make lines to be served, lines can take up to 30 minutes. The room is not the cleanest. There is very little animation at night. This hotel does not deserve 4-stars. Very disappointed.

“Great Holiday”
Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is great value for money. It is located approximately a 5 minute walk down hill to the beach. The beach front has restaurants and a couple of restaraunts that serve alcohol. There is a shop called uniprix approximately 5minutes from the hotel that sells alcohol, clothing, souvenirs, etc. There is a bus stop at the front of the hotel. The main souk is approximately a 30 min walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great, omlettws cooked in front of you to your liking, breass pastries, fruit, coffee, juices, salad and other things. The pool is not heated but it is common like most hotels for this. We stayed in the apartment side of the hotel and it was great, basic but great as had a fridge freezer, balcony, double bed, separate living room. The aids cleaned very day and gave fresh towels and toiletries. Does ot have private beach anymore but beach is great without and some places rent sunbeds and umbrellas for approximately £5 a day. The hotel even do towel hire for beach. Would definitely stay again.
