If you are a traveler who needs a place for a short stay or has an upcoming appointment in the US embassy. This is a good place for you. It's a 15 minute walk from the hotel going to the embassy. It is accessible to public transportation. Jeepneys going to Baclaran pass by in front of the hotel. Church is just across the street. Internet shop and 7-11 is just on the side of the bldg. Restaurants are near even McDonald is very close. ANEX hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating to inquiries. I got a room upgrade and extended time check out without additional cost. My room is clean and spacious, plated breakfast is also good. Iam looking forward for another stay in this hotel.

I had my medical exam scheduled in St. Lukes extension, a walking distance away from the hotel and this hotel is also close to US embassy. Very close also to fast food chains, if you don't want to go out they have a restaurant inside or you can have room service..very close to some tourist spot. A bit pricy tho’..but compared to some hotels around i think its worth it..

Walking distance to SLEC, (3 minutes) very accesible, just beside 711. What I appreciate the most was the staff in the reception. Calm, accomodating, feel at home ang datingan. And all request granted. Even ask them if we could leave our things just in case we will be late to go back for check out and even ask them if they can just check out by 12 para just in case makabalik kami earlier makapag wash and rest pa bago umuwi and they just simply grant our request. One of the best place to stay in ermita :)

5 mins walk from Rizal Park, so perfect for sights etc. Staff were helpful & friendly, & brought things when requested. The only real minus was that the lift (elevator) broke on our second day, necessitating climbs up to the 5th floor by staircase at least once a day.

We booked this since it’s near US EMBASSY. There is car park. The room is spacious, it could fit 2 double beds. Internet was fast enough for work. Estoria, their restaurant, has good food and service. We ate there for lunch and dinner. The only downside was that the bed has stains ewww.

The only thing that need to be added is an anti slip mat in the bathroom. Its very slippery when its wet. Overall the place is excellent from staffs, room and the breakfast!

Ideal for Solo Travelers”
It was such a cozy place to stay. And shops are at very convenient locations.. Beside the hotel is 7/11 which will have available almost all basic need. And near walking distances are McDonalds and Burgerking. Theres so much more and i believe it is relatively safe to stay there.
