    “Disappointing”

    Location was good.
    Things I don’t like
    The front door is very hard to get into. I’m sure this is not the first time they’ve heard this. Same door from years ago. Actually NOTHING in this house changed. I was hoping when it was not available as a rental for awhile that improvements were being made. Actually the property had went down. Dirty walls, scuffed, needs paint, no grill, (and there previously was one), sand on floors (that I can excuse). Really dirty blinds and dirt on door handles, old rug by front door needs to be replaced, footstools getting worn, no ice maker and a freezer door that will not stay shut. We fought with it repeatedly opening. And a dirty, unseated pool. ( I knew this going in, but really, for the money, it would have been better to stay at one of the other properties we were considering.)
