Good rooms, great location”
We got the rooms with its own Jacuzzi, so we had fun even when we decided to just lockup on our room. When we did decide to explore, the location is relatively near the beach, and is near a beach shuttle stop, so we were able to go to most of the attractions offered in Sentosa. We didn’t do room service though, so we can’t vouch for it… But they do have a restaurant, just that there’s a lot of places to eat by the beach too, so you will have plenty of choices.

Although it was for a night only, everything about the resort was nothing short amazing. The staff were polite, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean! I love that the villa has a private pool for you to take a dip anytime you want. Will definitely come back again for staycation.

Comfy but far”
We are one mother with one teenager and one child. We took the chance and booked the Larkhill Terrace that came with one big bed. The bed fits us all perfectly. As we have the corner unit, we had access to the spa pool and children could swim while the mother chilled on the outdoor bed while sipping her cocktail. Although we could see Universal Studio, we found out we could only reach there via the monorail or bus. We tried walking, there was no short path or pleasant walkway to there (it was a walk along the road-bridge-carpark). Otherwise almost everything about this accommodation is perfect.

Stayed here for a night. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was quick to provide some utensils when requested for (most probably due to covid, they are not available in the room by default). They have this really cool chatbot where you can do most of the basic necessities - request for certain items, order room service, book time slots for facilities such as the pool and gym (again, covid measures), reserve buggy rides and more. The most basic deluxe room was really big and spacious! Loved the resort feels and although it was a low floor, the vast view of surrounding nature was beautiful. There’s also free parking for hotel guests *only*. Think there’s a second outdoor carpark should the indoor one be full. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a great location near to the beach. The facilities are super and the roof top pool is amazing. The whole setting will allow you to recharge and rejuvenate. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning soon for another get away stay.

Great value for money, spacious and clean. Had a bathtub and outdoor swimming pool + gym. Minibar is on the house and free parking. Staffs are kind and polite. However, need to walk 5-7mins to get to Sentosa express from hotel. Few occasions whereby our calls were not answered.

This was one of our best staycations, a very relaxing, tranquil, quiet and private place, best for couples. Hotel was clean and we managed to get a exclusive free upgrade to premium room from deluxe room. Service was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Overall stay was great! Location is a short walk from the bus point within Sentosa itself. Vivocity, RWS is available thru shuttle service, grab or monorail. Room is great too, very comfy with separate shower and bathtub and a balcony. However, toilet has no bidet, just toilet paper. There’s two swimming pools of which the dream pool/kids pool is outdoors. A little less maintained though but kids can reach the height of the pool. Only one slide which can be better maintained and overall, dream pool isn’t really a dream yet. Can be better in terms of outlook and maintenance. Bring insect repellent if planning to sit and not swim there. But the sky pool made up for it. Feels cleaner and better maintained, though deep especially for children or short people. Breakfast was ok ok cause there were not many choices to choose from. But service of breakfast was great. Overall, had a great stay and definitely will come back one day. Thank you Amara Sanctuary!

The surrounding was quiet and nice. Was initially worried about getting around Sentosa but the hotel is near to sentosa bus stop and also has frequent shuttle to vivo city. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Hi, We stayed at the 1bedroom villa and my kids really enjoyed it so much, room is clean though the resort is not new. Mr. Rajan Facility Manager was very kind and helpful as our room was not ready, he asked if we would like to sit at the conference room as the weather was very hot on that day. Even though we did not accept the offer his kind gesture was very thoughtful.

Perfect for a short staycay”
From the time we checked in, Ms Siti Hasmah served us warmly and even went out of her way to offer scotch tape for my bf NRIC which was cracking. We were very impressed with this extra service which showed her great initiative in service. The concierge is prompt in assisting and the staff James who delivered ice bucket and cutlery to us at midnight was also excellent in his service. The room is perfect, with a working jacuzzi. Everything was working and the sheets are comfy. Breakfast was good. No complains and definitely have made plans to return for a short break again.

This place is a peaceful sanctuary wonderful for a family getaway. Dream pool seemed to be under maintenance when we were there. My kids enjoyed the kids pool and I love the skypool. The hospitality and quality of the resort is top notch. The room bathtub was my kids' favourite and the beds are comfortable. Service staff were polite and attentive to our needs. Everything was perfect and the only thing holding me back from giving full 5 stars for facilities is that the hotel carpets looked old and probably needed replacements soon.

Nice 1 bedroom Villa”
The kids love the private pool, however the pool is a bit deep for our young children. It is at 1.4meter, we preferred it to be like 1.0m? All seems good and we did ask for the bucket of ice and it came in early. Since the Villa is surrounding greenery, there's a tree lizard hidden in one of the cabinet, a rat swimming into our pool, a cat meowing at night time. Apart for that, all its good. We are unsure if there will be a free shuttle bus from the hotel lobby to RWS. However we did explore out and taking the Sentosa free bus to RWS.

Nice place to stay on the island. It is close to Palawan Beach and close to bus stop that links to resorts world and Sentosa cove. Staff is very helpful and is kind enough to accommodate my special request. It’s my second time staying there this year and I certainly will be back if I can.
