Great beach, good service”
Alma resort's beach is a beautiful beach in Khanh Hoa with a moderate slope, fine sand, beautiful waves, suitable for summer vacations. Especially the beachfront villas offer a great view of the sea. Alma's services cater to all the needs of guests during their stay. The dining service at Alma is very good, especially at the Atlantis restaurant, with a fairly diverse menu and affordable seafood prices, clean compared to dining services at restaurants outside such as those in Bai Dai and Cau Moi. However, Alma beach closes a bit early (6 pm), so if guests want to swim in the afternoon, there is little time because it is only less sunny around 4:30 pm. I hope Alma will open the beach until 6:30 pm. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back to Alma.

Impressive Resort, Highly Recommended!”
Only booked 1 night at the very last minute as I booked a wrong hotel (5km away) for the Ocean Man event so I ended up paying extra but we were all very impressed with Alma! The family suite was big and so clean. There was plenty of activities and so many pools and my only "complaint" was that the place is huge! You could probably take a buggy but I was walking to and fro the beach from the main reception so it was quite a workout! Like the wrist-tag system instead of the traditional keycard so everyone has a tag to unlock room or charge expenses to the room. Similar to what Club Med do for those who are familiar so this is quite useful. After our 1 night stay here, we went to the other resort and although that was a villa, I think we would choose Alma if we were to come to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang again, highly recommended!
Amazing resort - Great food, facilities and attentive staff”
Cannot recommend this resort highly enough. The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely attentive. They clearly want to make sure their guests have a relaxing and enjoyable time staying there. We were located in main building 1 in what felt like an apartment with a separate bedroom, two toilet's and showers and cooking facilities. It came with a stunning view of the beach where we enjoyed the morning sunrise and a glorious full moon with light shimmering over the South China sea. The service is outstanding. We were asked multiple times how our stay was going and if there was anyway they could help. We said it would be nice if it could be cooler in the room (although this wasn't a huge annoyance for us) and they immediately found a technical to help make it cooler. My personal USB mouse stopped working, and I went to the front desk asking if there I was somewhere I could buy a new one. The electronics shops would be a 10-15 minute ride away., however within a few minutes the staff came back with a mouse borrowed from the front desk. Amazing - not only did it save me much hassle, the staff went out of their way to help which was hugely appreciated. Small things matter :) Breakfast at the Alma Restaurant has a vast variety to choose from with a change in options from day to day. I can highly recommend the bircher muesli (not too sweet), the salads and the Vietnamese coffee. My daily routing consisted of waking at 5:30am for the sunrise, heading to the gym at 6am then going for a swim in the beach (glorious warm water!) The day would be filled with lounging around the many pools, visiting the Water park with my 7 year old who loved the slides. Or taking him to the Youth recreation area where he enjoyed the most modern VR experiences. The food options for dinner are very high quality too. Looking forward to coming back!

I love its friendly staff. At 6:10 pm, I was looking for towels for my kids near the swimming pool because the towel providing house was closed at 6:00 pm. One staff member asked the other one where to get the towel, and the other staff member finally found a towel and gave it to me. It was a big help because of the cool weather after swimming. And also they provided me a 2-hour late checkout. Because of the airplane delay, I needed more time to stay at the resort. However, I hope you improve the quality and taste of the breakfast buffet (once I experienced it, I had no expectations for it) and the bed mattress(it's not comfortable).

Alma Resort, a place for family vaccation”
My family had a short vaccation in Alma Resort this Tet holiday. The location is good, near the airport, only 30km to Nha Trang city. The resort is nice with various activities for family, especially for kids. My niece really likes the resort with activities for kids. The foods are nice. We do like Atlantic restaurant which has nice view on the beach and nice foods. We came on Tet holidays so the resort was very crowded but we were taken good care of by a dedicated assistant girl who helped us receive our room as well as other services smoothly and quickly. However, I also have some comments on the utilities & services of the resort: - Our room rate is quite high and equivalent to the rate for a villa of 3 bed rooms in other 5-star-resorts. Our room is 182 sqm like a villa but it is on an upper floor with stairs. The service staff only dropped us and our luggages at the entrance on the ground. We had to carry our luggages up to the upper floor on stairs. It’s inconvenient and not nice in comparison with other 4-5 star hotels/resort. - Hot water in bathrooms: we had no hot water in our bathrooms at night and early morning. I thought maybe the resort was full of customers, the hot water was not enough for those who used it late at night time, but in the early morning, we had no hot water either. - Should check items for all bathrooms and toilets. There was no soap for hand-cleansing in the small toilet, no towels for face either. In general, my family enjoyed the stay in Alma Resort and might come back late with expectation of better services.
