A trip to Nha Trang with my in-laws and a 6-year-old child to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday~ Thanks to Alma Resort, it was a perfect holiday! 1. Room condition and management We stayed in an Ocean View Pool Pavilion 2-bedroom room (Ground Floor) for 4 nights and 5 days, and the room condition was so good and spacious that everyone exclaimed "Wow~~" as soon as we walked in. Especially, the private pool attached to the Ground Floor was amazing. As soon as my child woke up in the morning, they put on their swimsuit and ran to the private pool, swam after breakfast, and played until falling asleep—truly making the most of it! Every morning, a staff member who manages the pool came to take care of it thoroughly. Also, if you pressed the green cleaning button next to the front door, cleaning staff would come when it's your turn; four staff members came to clean and made sure it was spotless. 2. Breakfast Breakfast can be enjoyed at two places: Al* Garden and La ca*, and we were so satisfied with Al* Garden that we kept going there. They had a really diverse selection of bread, along with Vietnamese dishes like pho, banh mi, and a good mix of Korean dishes, which made it fun to choose from. All the food was delicious, so my in-laws were very satisfied! The restaurant is spacious enough to accommodate nearly 500 people, so we could enjoy our meal comfortably without worrying about finding a seat. 3. Waterpark, Swimming Pool, Sea One of the things my child enjoyed the most was the water park! Although it was a small water park, it was perfect for a 6-year-old to play in. Thanks to the wave pool, lazy river, water play area, and slides, we spent our mornings having a great time! There were also 12 famous swimming pools~ Each pool has slightly different themes, making it fun to choose where to play. Since there are many pools, it never felt crowded, allowing us to play in the water leisurely. They provide free towels at the pool, so we didn't have to carry heavy bags. Each umbrella has a bell, and by ringing it, we could immediately order food, drinks, and alcohol, which was very convenient. What I loved the most was that the sea was right in front! Whenever there was a chance, my child would ask to go to the sea, so we took our sand toys and played in the sand happily. The seawater was warm and not deep, and the sand was soft, making it enjoyable to play. 4. Kids Club Since we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, the kids club became the perfect place for my child to avoid boredom during the hotter parts of the day! It was a small kids cafe ideal for playing around, with various programs that were really nice. My child participated in treasure hunts, cotton candy making, fruit shake making, cupcake decorating, nail art, plaster coloring, traditional hat painting, and sand art. In the paid food court classes, the Minions would appear to take photos together, and my child really enjoyed it! The quality of the paid classes was good, and it was adorable to see the little chefs cooking while dressed like chefs~ They also made passports for the kids club, and when you collect 6 stamps, you receive a huge amount of gifts and a celebration party!! The passionate celebration and the handmade gifts were touching~~ 5. Transportation (Buggy) Since the resort is so large, we used the buggy for transportation. There are buggy stations everywhere, and they pass by frequently, so if you wait at a station, they'll arrive quickly~ Riding the buggy while feeling the breeze and enjoying the scenery was quite enjoyable. 6. Lastly, the benevolent person we met at Alma Resort! Duc Quan! This happened on the third day when we were returning from having dinner at a restaurant in the city. My father-in-law accidentally left his phone in the taxi we took on the way there. Fortunately, the taxi driver left a KakaoTalk ID, so I contacted him and told him I would pay the transportation fee and tip if he could return the phone. The problem arose from that moment... suddenly, the taxi driver demanded 2 million VND (around 80 dollars). Of course, it's not a huge amount in terms of exchange rate, but it was significantly larger than what we had anticipated, and he said he wouldn't return it unless we agreed immediately, which was really shocking. As I hesitated to respond, he started sending increasingly threatening messages, and I started to feel scared. So, trembling, I took my phone and went to the resort lobby to seek help. Hearing our story, Tran Duc Quan got upset as if it were his own issue, and he called the restaurant we visited and the taxi driver
