Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature ”
We had a terrace room which was spacious, clean and modern with a peaceful terrace stepping out to the gardens. The restaurants are very reasonable, we really loved the spice studio and was surprised how inexpensive it was. I had two treatments at the spa which were amazing! The hotel itself is decorated so uniquely and is just stunning, the views from the pool are beautiful. Only a 7 min walk to the beach or you can jump on the shuttle bus which takes 2 mins. Just be warned the men working at the beach will try hard to get you to use their facilities but if you don’t want to, just walk down the beach a bit (to the right) & there’s a quieter row of sun beds further back where the men are polite and let you have some space! The restaurant there is also good and cheap. You will have a lovely stay at Alila Diwa Hotel. I can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days in April 2021. It was our first holiday since the pandemic and we were extremely satisfied with our choice to stay here. The highlight of the property is the infinity pool which overlooks the paddy fields. The resort is made in a Balinese style and is very beautiful! The beach is a short walk from the property and they have shuttle service to drop and pick from the beach. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good too. The staff was courteous and very welcoming. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a luxurious stay.

Aweome & Luxurious Stay!”
We had booked Alila Diwa Goa for our honeymoon & it was the best decision we could have taken to make our stay special and luxurious. We had opted fpr Standard Terrace Room. And we were treated with the most quite room with awesome view. Room was fully equipped with all amenities & toiletries. Highlight of the room was large bath tub & rain shower. The hotel staff welcomed us with cold napkins & kokam cold drink. Our room was well decorated for a honeymoon special and were surprised with fruit cake. Alila Diwa is well spread luxurious resort at 500 meters distance from Gonsua beach. Buggy rides are provided to the beach which has all water sports activities. Infinity pool was our favorite spot in yhe resort. Breakfast at the VIVO was very delicious & widely spread buffet. There were a lot of vegetarian & non vegetarian options available to tickle our taste buds. In hotel dining options are a bit expensive but there are a lot many cheaper options just after you step out of the resort. Fishka, The Camron being the best ones serving lip smacking sea food, Goan & Portuguese delicacies. Only turn down, is the distance from South Goa which takes a quite a while to travel to happening places like Calangute & Baga. Also, considering a 5 star property, Alila Diwa should provide complimentary airport pick up & drop transfers. Overall, an awesome experience & a luxurious stay at Alila Diwa.

Excellent getaway but beware of company events”
the alila diwa is a fantastic place and i would definitely go there again. we stayed 3 nights at the top floor in the diwa wing: nice large balcony with a table as well as two couches, a huge bedroom with lcd tv and a massive double bed & couch plus a beautiful bathroom with free standing tub, rain shower, toilets, two sinks and two wardrobes. the diwa wing has its own private, large pool as well as its own restaurant that is exclusively for diwa residents. they had a complimetary pickup from the station and the room ready for an early check-in. the bistro at the diwa wing serves all day breakfast and i can highly recommend the scallop scrambled eggs as well as the omlettes and pancakes. setting is beautiful and should be great for dinner, too. the main part of the hotel has a huge infinity pool with pool side bar, a reading room, several restaurants, a shop, a kids room, table tennis, a spa, bicycle rental, etc. breakfast buffet at the main restaurant was standard, dinner buffet is only worth it if included in the package - 1.600 inr per person for rather average food is too pricey. poolside food and service at the main pool are excellent. the burger as well as the sandwiches and the vietnamese rolls are very tasty, coconut prawns were not that great. staff is very well trained. got us a docking station for the room, tried everything else to make our stay memorable. beach is nice and has some good breaks and there are several restaurants nearby. the downside is that at least during the low season they have a lot of company events that are accompanied by constant noise day and night as well as the famous indian male stare at any girl that wears swimsuit or bikini - we had some girls even asking the pool staff for help as some guys from one group did not stop pestering them. ideally go there during the week when it is quiet or stay at the diwa wing.

Beautiful pool and grounds, disappointing food”
I very much enjoyed our stay here. We were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival to the diwa club with a separate pool and bar & grill. The room was lovely with a massive bathroom and terrace/balcony area. The reception staff were very pleasant and friendly and were always pleased to help. However the food in this place was way bellow par. There were enough breakfast options, but nothing seemed fresh, everything tasted bland. And to be honest the bar/restaurant staff were not up to scratch either. There wasn't 1 single Asian option on the room service menu!!!!! Thought that was absolutely ridiculous! We ate at they're Asian cuisine restaurant which was decent enough, but not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The main thing that bothered me about all of this was the price, with tax and service added on a lot of the food items were the same price as they would be in the UK and sometimes more! The quality did not match up to this. On top of that, having stayed here for the last 3 days of my trip I started having a stomach bug on my journey home. Seeing as I only ate here for 3 days I can't help but think it was something I ate at the Alila Diwa. The pool is beautiful and the hotel generally is very nice, but the food is a massive, massive let down.

Visited Alila Diwa Goa in June as a couple ! Wonderful experience , very polite and deciplined staff. Made extra special with honeymoon cake and decoration. The mini theatre is very innovative idea. Stayed there with my wife and my three-year-old son. We had a very pleasant stay even though it was weak monsoon season. Pretty relaxing atmosphere. The room is really big. Bathtub, shower and walking wardrobe are just fantastic. The room has mood lighting, very comfortable and relaxing. The balcony is a very nice addition with two sofas where you can relax. Housekeeping was excellent, provided twice a day; plenty of water bottles, towels. Awesome swimming pool. Movie theatre with screening twice a day is accessible to all. Kids play area with attendant from 8 to 8 can keep your little one busy why you enjoy around the resort. Breakfast spread is just awesome.Plenty of eating places just around the boundary of the resort. Specially liked 'Tapas fast food' at the back gate. We had cheap tasty meals parcelled. The provision store at the back gate was also very handy. Access to beach was very convenient with on-call shuttle service readily available throughout the day. Check-in and checkout was efficient. Staff is very polite and nice. Overall, Alila Diwa exceeded our expectations.

Spectacular hotel in tranquil surroundings with picturesque landscaping in acres of land. Easily accessible from the airport or madgaon railway station. About half hour from each. The rooms and facilities in the resort are the dernier cri in luxury .To top this willing , pleasant and helpful staff who try to help you enjoy the holiday in myriad ways with minute attention to detail in a hundred ways. Breakfast was excellent but didnt eat in the restaurants. Would recommend the highly rated fishka restaurant which has brilliant goan and continental fare and is very clean and not very expensive. 10 mins walk away is martins corner which has always been sachin tendulkars favourite. Do try this. Taxis readily available to take you anywhere if you arent driving or renting vehicle/s. Fantastic experience. Came back rejuvenated after our brief sojourn here. Vive l' Alila Diwa.!!!.👍👍👍

Excellent resort for a relaxed holiday”
A great location nestled in the quite and peaceful locale of south goa Alila Diwa is an excellent resort to be with your family. I quite enjoyed the stay in the Diwa wing of the resort which had a room with a brilliant view. We had the luxury of a private pool area with a jacuzzi only for Diwa wing guests. We quite enjoyed the breakfast. With a lot of activities for the kids it is an excellent resort for the family.
