the place is lovely, staff are very helpful and friendly, food is very good indeed. the villa was clean and tidy, such a lovely place for our vacation. the only thing is that its 2+ hours from airport but that adds up to the nice location. keep it up guys

Hôtel super, très bien aménagé et le personnel est vraiment fantastique. Souriant et toujours disponible pour n’importe quel requête. Nous y avons manger les meilleurs plats de Bali, savoureux et copieux. Pour répondre à un avis négatif sur les prix, à Alami c’est certes légèrement plus cher que dans un Warung mais l’eau est gratuite, en guise d’apéritif ils servent des cacahuètes, et les plats sont copieux et bons! La villa est sublime, tout le confort dont nous avions besoin y était. La tranquillité est très appréciable, et une piscine de bonne taille. Bref superbe séjour dans un superbe hôtel ! Merci Alami !!!

We really loved to be in the two bedroom villa by the corn/rice fields. The one bedroom villa is actually a two bedrooms villa with a closed bedroom. We could find an arrangement with the General Manager to transform an extra bed into opening the other room. Note that the extra bed is not confortable at all : very thin mattress and a 10° slope. The main swimming pool has access restricted to guests spending 150 IDR, even if you rent a villa. I have never seen that in any place in the world, but the General Manager is very kind and flexible to find solution... Quiet and closed to some of the nicest village I have seen in Bali, the location is great.

꾸따에서 2시간정도 걸려 4시쯤 도착했는데 체크인하고 한시간동안 기다렸어요. 아직 방이 청소가 안되었다면서... 그때부터 좀 그랬어요. 제가 풀빌라 예약했는데 도착하는 날 비가 너무 많이 와 풀빌라에 비가 들이쳤다며 단체 여행객이 묶을 수 있는 곳을 주겠다고 하더라구요. 근데 처음에 설명을 잘 안해주고 방을 냅다 보여주길래 나는 풀빌라를 예약했다 이건 내가 예약한 방이 아니라고 하니 그 방보다 이 방이 좋다며.. (뭐가 딱히 좋은지는 모르겠더라구요. 그 앞에 큰 수영장이 있는거 빼곤..?) 그러면서 매니저가 와 설명을 해주기를 내가 예약한 방에 비가 들이쳤다며 안될거같다고 했고 그래도 제가 가서 보고싶다고 했죠. 가서 방 상태를 보니 비가 많이 들이친건 아니여서 그 풀빌라에 묶겠다고 하고 짐을 옮겼는데.. 정말 딱 한시간만에 원래 있던 방을 옮겼어요... 벌레 집합소입니다. 제가 벌레에 예민한 편이 아니고 리조트 위치가 시골이라 벌레 많은건 당연히 이해가는데 호텔측에서 방역같은건 아예 안하는 것 같아요. *날아다니는* 바퀴벌레가 한쪽 벽에만 다섯마리씩 기어다니고.. 부엌은 말할 것도 없고요. 부엌 하수구에서 귀뚜라미 몇마리씩 기어나오며.. 엄청 큰 귀뚜라미는 방안에 몇마리씩 돌아다니고.. 그리하여 옮긴 원래 방도 그닥.... 옮긴 방은 그정도는 아니였지만 바퀴벌레는 어디에나 있어서 그냥 익숙해지며 체념했습니다. 그 외, 와이파이 잘 안되고 뜨거운 물 잘 안나오고(두번씩 직원이 와서 수리한다했는데 결국엔 수리 안됐구요..) 수영장 안에 왠 벌레들이... 물속에서 사는 벌레 같았어요.. 발리에서 제일 기대했던 숙소있데 정말 너무 실망했어요. 그래도 직원들이 친절하구 피드백 바로 주려 노력하는 것 같아 다행이었어요.. 저는 비싸게 간 것 같아서 돈이 너무 아까운데 하루에 5만원 아니 3만원이라고 해도 안갈 것 같아요…

不可思议的旅行”
这家酒店地点虽然有点偏，但是正是由于这个特别的地点才显得格外宁静，整体设计非常特别，早上起来就能看到田野，非常像油画，而且还可以去最大的泳池别墅玩，超值的，景色太美了，绝对值得一住，餐厅做的美食也好吃，非常用心的酒店，下次还会来住。
