If you are having a DIY party our AL Private Villa can accommodate but we no longer offer Catering services & rental chairs tables but only small DIY Parties for 15-20 persons only inside the Villa only privately but we still allowed pets.

“I'd recommend this property BUT WITH CAUTION”
We booked this property to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The owner was kind enough to respond to my queries, although sometimes the replies came a bit late — but I still appreciated the effort. They even allowed us to visit the property beforehand, which gave us the chance to see the place in person. It looked lovely, smelled nice, and the pool was very inviting. We did notice that the house was furnished with older pieces that gave off an eerie vibe in certain corners, but we brushed it off, thinking it wouldn’t be an issue. On the day of our check-in, however, some concerns came up. The karaoke lagged from time to time whenever we queued songs. The cove lights in the living area had no visible switches, so we had no choice but to leave them on. More concerning was the condition of the dining chairs — they were filled with mold, which was very unpleasant. Some playing cards provided were also moldy, leaving us wondering why they were even kept there. The comforters, which the owner had mentioned we could use for those sleeping in the living area, unfortunately had a bad odor. The same went for the pillows. We also realized that we lacked blankets, as all of them were kept in the other room. To add to the eerie feeling, the cove lights we couldn’t turn off started flickering for a good five seconds while we were watching The Pope’s Exorcist. The timing was uncanny since the lights in the movie were flickering at the same moment. It was creepy, and it even felt as if the place was occupied by more than just us. Thankfully, we were many in the living area and stayed together. On a positive note, the property did provide complimentary toiletries like shampoo and body wash, which we appreciated. Would I recommend this place? For the price, yes. But if you’re particular about cleanliness, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
