"Before staying in here i've already gather information bout the hotel. Yes it has beautiful pool, luxurious- javanese styled designs and it sits on 22 hectares of land filled with lush tropical garden. But i never guessed that the jogging track would be so awsome! The hotel has its own golf course so you can literally run in the middle of the golf course. Not to mention the beautiful lush garden all around.. Now we've traveled quite a lot and experienced many 5 star hotel, but This hotel really has the best jogging track by far. "

"Me and my family stayed for 3 nights and it was lovely staffs, they tried their best to make the guest feel welcome, however, the room furniture is quite old and washroom little stinky, the water flow in the washroom while taking shower will cause flooding all over the floor due to the structure of the floor, and also the water color little bit yellow and smelly, I guess it needs some renovation. Furthermore, their late check-out policy is quite strict and we even asked some discount for half day late check-out and they couldn’t do, we had to book 1 more day Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay"

"I came with my family in the afternoon after travelling around in Jogja. Mas Bram (the owner) was so kind and very helpful to give me so much information about do's and dont's in Jogja. Also, he allowed me to come check-in at night (around 7 pm) and late check-out on the next day. I can't thank him enough for his best hospitality together with his wife (I assume) and how he tried his best to accommodate my stay in Jogja. And, should be noted, the homestay feels like, at least, 3 stars hotel, with a very clean place and big room. I enjoyed every single second there and I will recommend this homestay to anyone who comes to Jogja. The place might be quite hard to find at first, however Mas Bram sent me the location so using the gps, everything's easy. Thanks a lot and I can't wait to go back! ;)"

"My wife and I went on our anniversary and decided to book a private pool villa. Prior to arriving Yogja, I was contacted by the hotel staff (Ayu) and she set up a romantic dinner as well as flowers. Upon arriving, Ayu provided us a brief of the room(s) and this is when I realized I made a mistake in my booking. I loved the setup of the villa as well as the big beautiful pool, however, we decided to depart due to not wanting to share the villa with another couple. However, Ayu went above and beyond to assist me. She is a class A staff and we will certainly return to The Kharma Villas with the right room booked. Moving on to our departure, I forgot my accessories bag with valuable items in it at the airport checkpoint. Only knowing Ayu's number, I called and asked for her assistance. She went above and beyond in going to the airport to retrieve my bag and sending it to me. I can't wait to visit the Kharma Villas again: the integrity of the staff is just as important..Love it."
