Where to stay in Addington
Addington hotels & accommodations

My 9 year old and I were extremely happy with our stay at 319 Addington last week for five nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were tidy and well equipped. Small motel complex but laundry facilities and carparking and heatpump were a bonus. It was very close to the Pioneer Stadium we were heading to for 2 days of our visit so we were happy. A bit of...

We enjoyed our stay at the Arena Motel it was very comfortable and had everything we needed including free WiFi. Our room had a bedroom, a TV/living area a kitchen with fridge etc and a bathroom/toilet. it was situated a short bus ride or a long walk from central Christchurch but very close to the main railway station. The contact from the hotel 24 hours before arrival confirming arrival time and details for checking in was very much appreciated as I was too busy and forgot I was arriving super late! Also the complimentary upgrade was AMAZING! Room was very clean and very comfortable even heated so when I arrived was cosy and warm. When I was leaving very early the next morning one...

My wife and young daughter were catching the transalpine to Greymouth the next day, this place was really good for that. Although the location isn’t great for central Christchurch, for the station it’s walkable and is a modern and clean place to stay. Good value for money with WiFi included - the only downside was being up a tight flight of stairs with a buggy to get u...

This motel is very near to Addington town. And it is also quite near to Christchirch town centre. Only take less than 10mins of bus travel. Although it is near to town, it is still very quiet. Near to railway station and free shuttle to the station is a VAS.

This is a large motel complex which appears well managed. Front desk staff were very typical friendly, helpful NZers with much useful advice. Two bedroom suite was enormous and very well appointed with excellent facilities for a longer term stay (kitchen etc). Would have enjoyed a longer stay. Bedding and bathroom above average. Could not fault this establishment. ...
