We couldn’t believe how lovely this place was for the price. Very clean rooms and pool, comfy beds, modern bathroom and room. The location is good as it’s lovely and quiet but has plenty of restaurants around and you can walk easily to the beach. We were so grateful for our stay here.

A bit of a late check in and an early check out after my first visit to Bali in many years. Room was more then adequate and nice new clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. I don't often stay in Sanur but the location was convenient after a rather long ferry journey. The property is fine for me not to close to the beach but nice and quiet and private...had a great 😴

Stayed for 2 nights, but when we came back nobody clean the room n garbage full. The wall between each room not really soundproof,quite noisy from the next door, extra bed is hard,not good for your back.

The building as advertise”
We had a pleasant stay because we like the room so much. But, hospitality does not 100%. Yes, the staff are very polite but seem clueless about the questions and answers. They have the menu in the room, but when we ordered they said they need to ask the owner. The staff said we should inform them a day before if we wanted breakfast but they didn't tell us the day we arrived. Also during checkout, if you need to put your luggage in the front office they charge you 100K per item.

Excellent guesthouse”
More like a small hotel with large brand new rooms and all the amenities. Owner very nice and looked after bag for me while I went to Gili islands. Able to rent brand new bicycle for a good price. The cleaning lady/cook was the highlight of my stay. She was so friendly and nice to talk to. Guesthouse is set back from main gambling an st. But it's only a 10 min walk or 2 min bicycle ride away through the local streets. Felt very safe and secure

stayed here for 2 weeks, simply perfect in my opinion-quietly, clean and new equiped rooms, very frendly stuff and close to supermarkets and sea, and price is cheap!

I highly recommend this new hotel. It's clean and have a nice swimming pool with long chairs. Staff is very helpful and did all they could do to make our stay very comfortable, I rarely saw this level of service. The only con I saw was the access to the hotel that was pretty hard, especially if you don't have a vehicle.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed and thick blanket. AC worked nicely and fridge was powerful. Staff was helpful and even ordered us a grabcar when we checked out. Location was actually quite nice. Google maps shows there's no road directly to the main road, but actually there is and it connects right next to Hardy's Mall. We have nothing bad to say about the place. Really highly recommended.

Clean nice rooms with big beds. Located in a difficult are but once you get around, you know the place. Easy to get motor cycle, bicycle, near to the beach, many restaurants nearby. Pool is clean. Staff are good. Breakfast was good.

We only stayed here 2 nights before going to the Nusa Islands. We were looking forward to relax by the pool during those 2 days, but when we arrived, the staff told us that the pool wasn't working and that it would be fixed in a matter of days. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed before we had to leave, but I guess that is just our bad luck. The wifi was also very very slow (when it was even working). Other than that, the room was great, clean, comfy bed, little fridge which was handy and nice bathroom (with hot water). It was also very close to the main roads (we could walk pretty much everywhere), which was super convenient since we didn't want to rent a motorbike during our stay.
