The room doesnt smell good it triggered my allergic rhinitis and my nephew's asthma the bathroom flush and the shower isnt functioning well theres no wifi , no smart tv

“Did not meet expectation”
No WiFi provided in the unit :( interior is okay but lights a bit dark. There is ongoing construction in front of balcony.

“Beautiful place surrounded by nature”
Pico de Loro is a beautiful place where nature is preserved. Unit 409 B Jacana is good value for money, spacious and well-equipped. I especially love the mountainside view. Just take note that Pico de Loro charges entrance fees for guests and the food & beverage options within the property are a bit on the high side.

“Very good”
Unit is as on pictures, pretty spacious and has a big balcony too. But unfortunately it was not 100% clean when we arrived: - litter bin on kitchen had some plastic and paper garbage from previous tenant (at least not stinky); - shower has some leakages and there is no any carpet in bathroom so floor there is wet and slippery after every shower; - looks like some termites are occupied bed which is closer to window (every day we saw some fresh wooden dust under this bed). Landlord didn’t prepare necessary papers for our check-in and we had to wait around 30 mins when receptionist of the building will find the caretaker to get landlord’s mobile number and get necessary confirmation. Building receptionist does not have connection to resort entrance reception which was able to connect landlord and confirm all necessary details in 5 mins. Unit has a set of kitchen utensils but all of them are pretty old and some are dangerous to use already: - electric kettle is all yellow inside and heating element is full of rust, - nonstick cover of rice cooker is very damaged. Be ready to leave 1000 peso as cash deposit for a key (this deposit was not mentioned in the property description when we booked, so it was a surprise for us).
