I have traveled to Japan several times, but this is the first time I have encountered such friendly service. Before departure, they were willing to answer any questions I had, which made me feel at ease. When there were issues, they were also very willing to help. The service staff who spoke Chinese were very friendly. The room was large and clean, and having two sinks allowed two people to use them at the same time, saving a lot of time. It is not far from Kyoto Station, and it is very convenient to walk to AEON nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Kyoto next time.

This was a highlight of our trip. It's super modern, no key cards! You enter your information on a pad. There was a charge of 200 yen pp/per night for hotel fee on arrival. Our room had a kitchenette and plenty of room. It was nice to be able to spread out after being in a cramped Tokyo hotel. Everything was modern and in good condition. There were toiletries in the bathroom that were quite nice. We opted to not have cleaning on our short stay so we got some cookies as a thank you. They do have things you could check out during your stay, like board games, speakers, cooking equipment like rice makers, etc. Everyone was friendly and spoke very good English. The hotel itself is like a 5-10 minute walk to Kyoto station which was absolutely perfect. You weren't too close to the hustle/noise; the hotel was incredibly quiet. It does have a balcony, but no furniture outside. There were mosquitos so it was nice to bug spray outside.

Kyoto family trip”
We booked the ground floor room with a walk out garden. It was in March so the garden makes for a really nice view from the room, as well as a cosy corner for a hot coffee. The rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and quite beautiful! Short walk to the bus and train station, easily navigated with a stroller and luggages in tow. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful! Recommended hotel for sure!

Excellent place and comfortable stay”
We were impressed with the room. It was pretty spacious for 3 adults and a teenager. Room was very clean bit quite new looking and the bathroom/toilet was big by Japan standards. Staff were quite professional and helpful. What I liked is the various kitchen equipment we could borrow and also purchase sake at a reasonable price. Complimentary coffee was provided in the mornings at the lobby. Also appreciated the dyson hair dryer in the bathroom. Room had a small kitchen which was sufficient to heat up food. Overall, enjoyed our stay there very much.
