Keluarga dengan anak kecil Russia, 22 Mei 2013	best comfort to prise room view best, swimming pools best, architecture design modern 9 Rented a car before canceling hotel I didn’t like, visit few 5 star hotels, price/quality it was the best. Nice infinity pool, like the high interior space between two corpuses. Very nice view from my room. I found very strange thing all hotels not very clean, my local friend said Philippine maids are very lazy and low paid. One hotel was quiet clean but 38 percent expensive, and pools I like more in that hotel. I wish managers pay more attention and clean rooms corridors better it would be much comfortable. One thing, if you need to work with computer better take one with you, business center is big but comps and soft are shit no wifi in the room, cable. Overall feeling was very satisfied.

Nice view outside, all rooms are ocean view. We were lucky to get upgraded, and enjoyed the extra space. Location is not near where all other hotels are, so recommend renting a car or getting a red trolley pass. Staff were friendly. Here are the praises 1.Attentive Staff 2.Front desk always picked up on the first ring 3.Great relaxing view Here are the small problems I encountered(and I think some problems are because it is off season) 1.TV in living room kept on asking for a pin. Called engineer but they could not fix it until last day. 2.Ice machine was out of order till the day we left(there is no freezer in the room, just a mini fridge) 3.The upgraded room had an adjoining room which was separated by a door and there was absolutely no soundproofing. And the neighbors were loud. I guess next time I would request specially for a quiet room.

The room was large and comfortable. The shower pressure was remarkable, but sprayed out onto the floor in the bathroom. We enjoyed the balcony view and could see sunset in our robes. The room furniture was practical. Location is nice if you have a car or are taking the shuttle. I don't think we could've gotten a better experience for the price, and the architecture and grounds are stunning.

Keluarga dengan anak kecil Philippines, 23 Maret 2013	My favorite hotel in Guam! best staff, nice pool and its not as crowded as other hotels (we hotel hopped in Guam) 9 If I have enough money right now, ill go back there this instant and live there for a week! Its quite far from the city center but Guam is a small island so its not that long of a travel. This is the best hotel for surfers because its the nearest hotel to the surfing spot. The F&B assistant manager Mr. Manny gave me a surprise because it was my birthday.We hotel hopped in Guam and this is the only hotel who made an effort to make my birthday memorable. Thanks Mr.Manny. I highly recommend this for honeymooners too.
