Pengalaman menginap di JW Marriot Sydney

Saya sangat menyukai menginap di Hotel JW Marriot- Sydney yang terletak di Pitt Street. Hotel ini memiliki interior design yang baik, kebersihan yang bagus, nyaman serta pelayanan yang hangat dan sangat membantu. Sebagai seorang tamu merasa diterima dengan sangat baik dan sangat dihargai keberadaannya. Dimulai dari kedatangan saya di hari pertama sampai dengan hari ke lima, saya sangat dibantu oleh pihak hotel. Mereka pun memiliki pelayanan yang sangat cepat. Saya senang tinggal di sana.

When you book a twin room on agoda doesn't mean you will get one at the Marriott circular quay. Location is best - staff did their best to accommodate for lack of twin room. Nice view of harbor bridge, the parking is super expensive but that's Sydney CBD for you. Location is A1 and concierge service is highly recommended very friendly and helpful. Good access to circular quay and the rocks pub and restaurants.

The stay was pleasant enough, although the hotel is not equipped for long-staying guests (I staid for 8 nights) as there is hardly any room for clothes. There are no usable drawers, which are badly needed for a more than one night stay. The room itself is quite small and quite a few necessities are not provided as a standard - they were supplied when asked for.

I chose this hotel because i brought my kids with me. The room is standard in size. Bed very comfortable! The view is nothing great since our room is facing office buildings. Cleanliness was superb. Price is expected since it's near major attractions which is really FANTASTIC! You can walk to Circular Quay Ferry Station (less than 5 minutes) wherein you can catch a ride going to Darling Harbour, Mosman for Taronga Zoo, Luna Park, etc. The Opera House is right beside the Circular Quay Ferry Station. Jamie Oliver's restaurant is also on the same street of the hotel (about 15 mins walk). You can also explore The Rocks (about 5 mins walk). There are convenience stores right in front of the hotel in case you need to buy something. For someone with kids, the location of this hotel is very good. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I have nothing but good words for Sydney Marriott Hotel. And the staff are all friendly and helpful :)

The sandwich...ordered by both myself and my partner could not be eaten because of a discusting tasting mustard which made us both almost choak. Despite informing staff, there was no offer to provide a different sandwich or to refund money. We walked to the cafe next door and got a beautiful sandwich at half the price. Maybe the chef should order his sandwiches from the cafe next door. She/he could learn a lot.
