My stay was fine and the staff where pleasant. The room was adequate and the bed comfortable. However, even though there was a small self-catering area to have your own food you couldn't use the bathroom sink to clean things so I didn't eat in the room. this hotel was not set up for serving food. The swimming pool area was pleasant on the rooftop area. I really would have liked to have wifi in the room. My devices no longer use cable connection so that was useless to me. The entrance to the room tired and unwelcoming although the room was nicely appointed.

Great location in the cains city
The best thing about this hotel was the location

the hotel (park regis city quays hotel) is in a great location , i cant comment on the service as we didnt meet any of the staff, we got in late on the friday night and no one was at reception, so i phoned the hotel and they told me to go into the carpark and get the keys for the room out of a safe that had a pin number attached to it.the room was clean and tidy.we slept well at night with no noise, and dropped the keys in a box at reception on sunday on the way out.
i'm not quite sure if we got a superior hotel room or standard room.

I spent a few days in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay there! The reception is very helpful and I enjoy the balcony very much!

It is not a place I would recommend. The staff are less than courteous. Worst is the noise emanating from the neighbour's condenser meant it was not possible to sleep. Closing the balcony door helped cushion the noise and as the aircondioner inside was not working and there is no hotel staff during the night, the first night we were deprived of our sleep.
The matter was reported the following morning with promises to fix the problems but nothing was done.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.
The staff at the hotel is friendly. We could walked everywhere as the hotel is ideally located, very close to everything. The staff is friendly and is very helpful and informative. The rooms are abit small but clean and comfortable.

I had stayed in Park Regis Dubai so I had high expectations as that hotel was great. this was more like an apartment. The reception timings were from 6 to 9 and entry to the hotel was with the card after 6.. no guards at the entry and minimal staff but very good and friendly staff. It is quite in this part of the city at night and the main esplanade is 10 minutes walking. The hotel has a lovely roof top pool however there is no gym. the room was small but had a lovely balcony with chairs. Overall a pleasant experience.

Must eat at OCHRE. great food and awesome staff!!

good hotel, it was in a convenient location close to town. staff weren't overly helpful. we went in early to see if we could book in at 10am and she said she would give us a call when it was read, we went back at 2:30pm (2:00pm is check in time) and she said she was just about to call us.
room was clean and modern.

This is a good hotel to enjoy the Cairns. Room was clean and equipped. Location cannot be better. It is close to Terminal and Downtown. But Bacony was weird. We can get to the next room by balcony because two rooms share the same balcony. But fortunately there was no guest in next room. Anyway, you may not be diappointed if you stay this hotel.
