Service was unexpectedly slow

We had booked this hotel due to its proximity to the rail station. It was still around a 10 minute walk from the station. Bathroom amenities were not replenished each day, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Only one pair of slippers and bathrobe were provided when there were two guests. Very slow service as we waited for an hour for the other pair of slippers to arrive.

It was a pleasant stay
Would hv been better if they will allow extended check out time of at least 2 hours.
They wanted to charge me 20£ per hour when I requested for extended time as my flight back home was at 8 pm and the hotel checkout time was at 12 pm. They are quite rigid in this area. All else was excellent.

Great location, modern design & value for money;

Convenient location, which is near Euston & St. Pancras station, only take 10 minutes walking distance to/from. Our room located at higher floor, so can have a great view of St. Pancras station. The most important thing is our booking with free wifi, otherwise have to pay GBP10 for 1 day.

It is a great stay and the staff are very helpful.
Location is perfert if you would like to travel to Paris by eurostar thereafter.
it is very close to kings x station so good for taking the tube and also a wholection of buses to take. the breakfast was so good and very good quality for 18 pounds

Overall, this hotel is good if you want to stay in a design hotel close to St. Pancras and if you are not planning on spending too much time in your room. Breakfast features a large option of bakeries, cereals, yoghurt etc and there is also a chef preparing waffles, eggs, bacon and so on in front of you. It was one of the best breakfasts I've ever been offered at a hotel.
However, our room was quite small (especially the bathroom) and while the hotel lobby/dining area/bar area were very design-like, the rooms and the hallways were not so much. Also, while the staff of the hotel were always friendly, it took quite some time to check-in/check-out or to ask a simple question.
Yet I would advise this hotel to people who won't spend much time at their hotel and who use public transportation: its location is ideal.

this is my favourite hotel during my whole honeymoon trip in europe. the room is clean and spacious. the bed is large and comfortable. i was impressed by the excellent decoration. i also like the breakfast with brownies and beans with ketchup. the only thing is there is not enough seat for all guests having breakfast, so we have to wait for around 15 minutes. however, the staffs are professional in serving and calming down customers, that we had a great time at the end. anyway, i would recommend this hotel!

lovely hotel and service with smile but...

Located near Euston & St. Pancras station, best for traveller who is going between Paris and London with Eurostar.
The breakfast should be excellent but...
I have 3 days breakfast in this hotel with my 3 days stay in london, the first two days are excellent, bacon, eggs, ham, bread...etc, the staff is always with smile, kindness and helpful, however, a terrible thing happened on last day, we arrived to restaurant at around 7:30, just few tables as its still early for most of people, we sit down and enjoy the breakfast as usual, suddenly, I saw a mouse running on the floor just behind my wife's seat, it was horrible and unbelievable…
The room is comfortable, large enough for 2 big luggages, I submitted a request during booking at agoda for "higher floor" & "honeymoon" but my room was just located at 4th floor, when I ask reception staff why? They said they cannot read the request from agoda.com and it's not their problem...
